Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture about 1 inch apart onto un-greased baking sheets. Flatten the mounds with the tines of a fork
Sprinkle with sugar


350 degrees
about 10 minutes
