Who's it from & can you provide some documentation from CPS stating factually no children were harmed?
I'ma ask T-juice to provide the same from a member of the clergy so I know no vampires were harmed in the making of Vamp vape, we have to be responsible in our choices after all right?

Yes, it is over budget.... Our offer is below list but still over our budget although well below our pre qualified amount. It lacks a garage and some of the storage we were hoping for, but let's be honest....except for seasonal clothes... If it is sitting in a box in our basement, we probably don't really need it.

We put in an offer. We are excited and anxious!

Tomorrow we are attending a church here in the area. First time we've been anywhere in a long long time.
