I have to agree with you Bobbi, I'm very simple when it comes to vaping. I have my Ego VV twists, and my ProVari, and for the toppers, I just use the cartos with IBT, Eternities, and I also keep a ProTank going too.
I do think the Sophia that Shad has mentioned looks interesting, and so do some of the ones from Vapourart. The one below has really peaked my interest, but not sure if I could figure it out, and REALLY sure I prob wouldn't spend that much $$.
