Well, we have two options here Lori, 1) I can try and get the recipe for my favorite welshcakes, which may take some doing, this little bakery has endorsements from Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay for their cakes which should I guess, mean they won't share it willinglly but for you, I will ask. 2) I can get my grandmothers recipe, which is almost as good.

I can't imagine the bakery would give the recipe. Besides your grandmother's recipe would mean more!

Shouldn't be far wrong with any genesis style atty I guess. The bakery is unlikely I grant you, I'll ask my cousin for my grandmothers tomorrow, she's not around to be asked sadly so if they're disgusting my cousin has it wrong

Welshy~ I want welsh cake!

GG- I am sure the hay was less dusty than this peat moss! But we went with peat moss partially because it was much cheaper than hay, and partially because we needed more....organic matter. Stuff just does not like to grow in our yard.

Lori~ I am glad you get company, hopefully you all will thoroughly enjoy yourselves!

Just got out of the shower. That was nice. now I am sitting next to DH while he does research for his paper due monday. Trying to decide whether I should order unflavored nic....and if so...from where. totally wishing we were moved already, it wouldn't be such a tough decision!

Good exercise for ya, chasing her!! Yes, I know...I don't think I'll be ordering anytime soon. Did you find the price in US, cuz that was Euro pricing. US is about $173 I'm sure there is something similar for less.
