Well, we have two options here Lori, 1) I can try and get the recipe for my favorite welshcakes, which may take some doing, this little bakery has endorsements from Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay for their cakes which should I guess, mean they won't share it willinglly but for you, I will ask. 2) I can get my grandmothers recipe, which is almost as good.

hahaha both of my kids were ok at 2...it's 4 that's the terrible age for them....that stage that they are no longer babies and not exactly big kids....but want to be both....they want to be coddled but yet want independence...they are so confused at what they want and think they know it all....ug....
