I agree & I've been trying to eat better lately too. I've done pretty good the last week but I don't like to come home & eat anything too heavy on nights when I close but I usually want a snack at some point after I get home.
Gonna take a bit of a break now and get started on supper

It's totally possible. I'll have to see if it gets any better if I continue to try to eat better over the next few weeks.

Mini update:
ekg does not seem to show any heart damage, and blood work seems fine, although my potassium is a little low. Oh, and the doctor hasn't the faintest idea what happened the other night (because she was not there) <- she actually said this!
Orthostatic hypotension ruled out. Looks like they are going to finish hydrating me, hand me a potassium pill and send me on my way. DH doesn't think it adds up. We are both slightly annoyed.

Gosh, and I wonder why so many VA hospitals get so many complaints!! Even if they don't know, they don't have to be a smart .... about it. Well, good that you went, now you at least know no heart damage.

Well, dh and I figure that we will pick up some potassium pills on the way home and do research on what else might have caused whatever happened that night. At least there is no heart damage . Still waiting on cbc and discharge. It is nearly seven here and the DH and I are Starving!!!!
