Not to bad MD. After PT I cleaned some & relaxed mostly. Finally getting dinner going now but it's a quick meal so it won't take long.
Ooooh! Nice! I haven't had any oxtail in forever!! Man now I want some.

It's not from an Ox GG, it's a beef tail

So they get cut up

I can't even remember how I used to fix them but now I'm going to have to buy some. I won't be able to get them out of my mind until I do.

Oh, I put mine in the crockpot and then I use the resulting broth & meat for soup
