Have a good day all! Going to run errands and pick up grand girls.
Ran all over yesterday too... fixed fence, hauled cattle for a friend and went to Bella's "graduation" from preschool, then to supper and visited til after 10.

Mix the two cheeses and add some cream. You can use more mozzarella ...
I poured it over already cooked breasts and browned/melted the cheese in the oven.
Parmesan adds the salty taste. And I did not use any other seasonings.
