GG, I'll see if I can find the article by that Greek Dr. who's done so many studies, but I know I read that he said not to worry so much about the nic level because the absorption rate is so poor because
vaping isn't really a good "delivery" mechanism.
Also, my DH has a customer that he calls on who had smoked for YEARS and YEARS, and started
vaping several months ago.
The second time he went to buy
e-liquid, he accidentally picked up zero nic. He said that half the bottle was gone before he even noticed that it was zero, so he said he just never went back to any with nic. He said he never noticed any withdrawal symptoms at all.
I've never tried zero, so I can't speak about it, but it just really makes me wonder how many of us are truly addicted to the nic, and how many are just addicted to the hand to mouth aspect.
