I'm starting to get back to my normal schedule which is Tuesday & Friday morning now that I can close the gate again on my own. I hated all of those weeks of only closing with a passion. This week instead of tues & Friday I'll have opening shifts on thurs & Friday. Right now I'm having to work in my PT. They have a ton of clients & they close at 5 but we're working around it so that I don't have to close all of the time.

I think it's going well. My wrist is still a little sore afterwards but I think it's helping. It's just because of the stretches & exercises they have me do. I wouldn't have the nerve to do it on my own though. I'd be too terrified of hurting it again. But I can tell a difference for sure.

I haven't had any of the sharp pains in about a week so I guess we were able to get rid of/break up some of the scar tissue. I'm not sure what happen to it but I'm glad whatever it is that it does is happening
I still don't think I'll be bowling anytime soon but I'll get there eventually I think.

Absolutely! A wrist brace & a much lighter bowling ball than what I normally use.
