I'm good. A bit stiff...but that's every morning. I think I'm going to get back to walking and exercising a bit more. I'm too young to feel this decrepit in the mornings.

Ugh! And I've had to be busy this morning, mom thinks by calling at the last minute I won't prepare for her visit.

She just doesn't want you to go to a lot of trouble, but like you said yesterday...you have to have time to at least wash the sheets. 
What will your dad do?? Is he going to drive an hour back home??
I'm not sure, maybe an hour or so from here. Much further than that is beyond the suburbs of St. Louis, so it shouldn't be too far. Just guessing an hour though.
I do need to get moving though. I need to start getting ready and just do a quick press of what I'm wearing today. Course after an hour in the car it may not look like I did, but at least I know I started out wrinkle free.
