So, my nephew is ON HIS WAY TO ALASKA!! His first (of three flights) leaves Miami in less than a half an hour!! I'm so excited for him!!!!

I make them do the bendy things because my back is so bad. Like unloading the dishwasher sweeping and mopping. I can do the top shelf but let him do them all. I can also get on the floor and use a rag to mop- but I can't sweep.

I drop those wet swifter's in the floor and scoot them with my feet.

I just sit on the floor wipe an area. Move wipe another area etc. I don't know if I could do a 20x25 kitchen floor with my feet. Maybe part of it...
Well, if it's a "strip & wax" kind of thing I have to do like you ... sit and clean

Hopefully now that company has gone back home, I can visit more
Doctors appointment today and hopefully I will get the OK to drive again. Maybe they will give me exercises to try to strengthen those belly muscles that were cut.
