A little, thank you. We are starting to look in a few different directions today. My task for the day is to find out whether it would be possible to piecemeal what we want and make it more affordable.
That is....I need to find out if we can do a Mobile or Modular home, site prep and a piece of land for cheaper than buying these houses we've been seeing and be able to finance through fha.
We know fha will do manufactured housing, we just don't know if they will do a project from the ground up like that.

I'd return it, you paid for a brand new item....it is obviously not new and damaged....take your money elsewhere

I just got home. I didn't get off till 7:40
Nice long 13 hour day lol. Getting paid for 13.5 hours a day. We get two 15 breaks and two 30 minute lunches paid.

up until i enlisted many eons ago...i had some really terribad jobs. i worked in a slaughterhouse, as a cab driver, luggage handler.
after the service, i've been really fortunate not just working in good fields, but working for really good people.
plus, they all understand the most important thing: bacon.

Eating breakfast now, then heading outside to dead head my geraniums...didn't get all of them done over the weekend, and I want to work on them while they're still in the shade.
Wow, 91 Dale? That's going to be warm...I saw 87 yesterday here...it was a bit warm and humid...so I'm feeling for ya, quite literally!!
I just looked, we're supposed to be 90 today.
Speaking of jobs. Just love this guy!!
