Good morning ya'll. Got busy last night and made my dad a blackberry cobbler. He is gonna love me today. I made it the way my mom use to make them. Just a stick of butter, cup of flour, and a cup of sugar. Makes a very chewy and good crust. And I know this is going to be hard for you to believe but I actually put down my laptop and watched an entire movie. It was a old Sandra Bullock movie Hope Floats. I love her movies. It had some great songs in it.

I'm probably gonna be doing a lot of baking. Starting to get just a bit sad about my son's closing on Tuesday. I know it is silly but I can't help it. I also made chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies. I told him I would help clean and paint if he wanted me to. Told him it would be best if he just stayed home while he was getting it ready. That's all I've come up with so far to delay the inevitable.

Well the fireworks last night were a disaster lol Diesel had a complete meltdown when they started. He had a full blown panic attack. Ive never seen him so scared before. We actually had to leave right as they got started. He was still scared after the hour ride home

He did AWESOME with the couple thousand people that were there. He wanted to meet everybody lol
