Smoky - I think there is something you can strap to your ankle, or if you're looking for more of an already "on hand" option, if you wear jogging pants, just wear one knee sock or tube sock and put it in your sock.

Oh dear, I have to make breakfast? Ok, how about some scrambled eggs with diced tomato, onion, cilantro and a bit of green pepper and of course cheese, some hash browns, toast with jam and freshly squeezed orange juice?
