The girls are watching a movie for a minute! My husband let them bring their own from home, break the rules cuz Poppa can't say no!!!

I tried to get on earlier and the phone rang. Been finishing up laundry, paying a few bills, DH brought up the tree, so I'm getting ready to decorate it.

I don't let them bring toys or movies. We have enough here. The movie that they brought is a show I won't let them even watch while they are here. I prefer we stick with things that are decent and the movie she brought is some nonsense about monsters and such. Her parents don't pay enough attention to what kind of stuff they watch and they are only 8 and 4 so they don't need to watch teen trash!

I've done quite a bit of stuff today too. Laundry, changed both beds, cooked the Broccoli Cheese soup DH wanted, balanced the check book (I got behind for once
) Got three packages ready to go out if I can ever get outta here again

LOL's, reminds me of the time my son lost his priviledge's to watch the Ninja Turtle's
He did learn we don't say that word here ... especially not in the church nursery

Not a lot of room here Lori and it get's in our way; we have to move stuff around and ... stuff.
Beside's that it's out in the shed and it's kind a nasty out side at the moment.
I see. Ours was in the basement, and easy access at that. I say every year that I'm going to just store it with the decorations on it.Errr ... not yet

Hopefully the lights are still on ours, I'm really not sure
I just hate having to drag all that stuff back & forth for basically one day but I guess I will.
Why don't you store it that way? Not enough room?
I have some really fragile ornaments, I figure by the time I take those off, I may as well just put the rest away. I prob could just leave them on, just afraid of an accident going down the basement steps.Hopefully the lights are still on ours, I'm really not sure

R2C2 that pot of beans sounds delicious! It sure is cold enough now! I'm freezing! Had to turn the heat back on after those strange high temps we had this week.
