Ah, the Nexus, okay! Yes, I have heard of it but I haven't done any research into it so far. I'm having a hard time coming to grips with paying 600$ + on a phone ... Years ago I used to do remote field tech support and I got to the point where I hated talking on the phone. Obviously you can do so much more with them now but I still have this aversion to them. I admit, I am not normal.

I do have the nexus tablet.. best thing I have bought in many years.. to read my ebooks.. (I collect them.. over 50gigs now) and well it is sweet!!! is someone has an open network, I can pop on and use google voice for emergencies.. but I rarely use it to talk or text.. but sometimes

I picked up a Nook just for ebooks too. I like to be able to take 100's if not 1000's of books with me wherever I go!

While it does have surfing capabilities that's about the extent of it ... not really useful for that purpose in my experience.

I hope so, Haze.. I really need to have something good, besides Rhonda's blackberry.. I am wearing her bottle out.. but I love it.. Tried an experiment just now..

I had her blackberry, some razzberry and lemmonade from mbv and some menthol.. mmmmmmm omg.. Now I just need all the flavors and will send out some smoky fruit once I can afford it.. maybe next month.. since I am totally good on equipment now..

lol Haze.. Me too.. but I can surf on my tablet like crazy.. google chrome is what I am using for now.. and of course I love my apps.. but I try to keep things low, as I tend to keep over a gig of books on it, not including drop box

ya think?? I couldn't snag many flavors.. but I think I am happy.. I want to make a reese cup lmao!! the pnut butter and white chocolate.. hmm..

eh I would wait till right before Christmas.. everyone is trying to move out the year stuff so the newer goodies can come out.. if I had to do it over again, I would still grab the nexus.. best one I have played with.. no worries.. vista is good, I run it on my touch pc I am using.. its about 7 yrs old now.. I had to get rid of my beast, but it's ok.. one the reasons I don't do my 3d graphics right now..

yeps its a good one.. it does have a few issues with a couple apps, but I haven't seen anything major yet.. I do love my gizmos.. I try to keep up on phones, but there is so much info out now for different things, and since I don't do mobile anymore.. well I fell thru the wayside.
