Good evening Major

I am writing to give you a bit of news about me. Because of the wonderful people here and also another thread on ecf, I have been motivated. I am painting again and writing again, after 20 years. It is a good feeling.

There is more than one way to keep.....walking. Just move forward, one foot in front of the other.... even from a wheelchair, this can be done.

And don't forget the music!!! OMG I forgot about the music. Find music that you really love, and TURN IT UP!!!

What a great post by morri! Perhaps our involvement here, with you, her, and all of us have contributed in some way to her awakening creativity! I certainly hope so. So you see, Major, even as we strive to overcome we may help others through our own struggles without even knowing it! How wondrous and life affirming!

I'm so glad you are embracing art again. I lost my art mojo awhile ago. i have had so much in the way of body problems this year that painting, poetry and pottery has taken a back seat. My husband loves art and is currently in a 3D art phase.

this is really incredible work! Wonderful!

It is the same for me, Byebye, it hurts to move, it hurts to breathe, it even hurts to blink......so if it is going to hurt anyway....
whether I move or not, breathe or not, blink or not....

then at least I will get something fun done, while I hurt. LOL It is screwed up, but it is all I've got.

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening all from Mrs. M and myself! I hope all had a beautiful weekend! I must apologize for not posting before now but have had a small hiccup with my kidneys and am on total bed rest until Wednesday.

I will have to wait to start my little story that taught me a life lesson til then though as the Mrs. will have me drawn and quartered if she finds out I am online anyway now!

But I could not stay away from my friends any longer and your caring support! And morri, I am SO thankful you have returned to your art! Maybe art is like wine in that it becomes more appreciated with age but I do know that for one person, I have come to love art more and more the older I get!

Talk to you guys Wednesday and have a blessed week!
