For Facebook groups, I think all you need to do is click the "Like" link at the top. Someone correct me if that's wrong.

Okay, did that, but CASAA doesn't show up on my friends list. Something else I need to do?

Sorry Bystander1 I should have said "Like" the page. Then when we update our page with news it will appear in your news feed. I believe you can set it to alert you via email when we post, as well, using something like http://www.hyperalerts.no. Also, in the same area where it says "Add to favorites" on the page you can add to SMS and RSS feeds, too.
