You know, that is all well and fine and I could understand if that is the case. However, it does not speak well of a company to tell their customers something and then not deliver.
I get it, but then he should have just said he was working on it.
What I don't get is why would the OD on the maxi be different than the regular rough stack? I mean, it should just be a longer cup right? Or heck, just make a sleeve that goes between the top and bottom pieces of the original rough stack. It would make production costs extremely low and the margin on an item like that would be incredible.

I've been so hoping to have a longer tube to insert into my Stack. You know how it is. A little help here?

realy where is the extention already? I could alway's sell my rough stack and just pick up the maxi since it is brand new
I've considered ordering the maxi and saving the roughstack--the head of the roughstack would give me a replacement circuit board/switch ASSUMING that the head will simply swap over. Hoog has yet to get back to us about this. Is the head identical on the RoughStack and the Maxi? Are you absolutely sure?
