I like the look of the stick. If it were available for sale today I'd have ordered 2 of them instead of the kissbox however I'm desperate for a new Vaper and puresmoker seems incapable of getting stock in so I'll have to see what kind of experience I have with the Kissbox and then after some reviews come in, maybe a birthday present to myself this summer assuming the FDA hasn't puled the plug on this whole shebang.

You Sir, you are going to love your Kissbox. I hope whomever you ordered from gets it out quick to ya. If they dont, just have patience and understanding, that they're are ALOT of people ordering simultaneously, just know that the wait will be worth it :)
ps.Charge your batteries properly!

So what kind of batteries are these exactly?

I have my oreder in for the stick, but was curious as to the battery type... I have heard u say (standard ecig batteries) Are we talking about the batteries I use in my pens and 901s now, or more like the type in the SD?

Cant wait to get it!

I hope Ludo corrects me if I'm wrong but I believe these are the same batteries plus you can order the charger (and if you order now, you should get it before the stick):

batteries 10440, Electronics items on eBay.com

They also sell them on Dealextreme, for those that are so inclined:

Ludo, I currently have a kissbox, and love to drip. Will the stick atomizer be like the kissbox, ie concealed inside tube, or will it be like some of the others I've seen that protrude into the cart? Also, will any of my kissbox parts fit in the stick?

The Janty Stick works with any normal classic pen style atomizer, so yes the kissbox atomizer works with the stick. You can drip as much as much as you want with the manual version. For the auto version, be more careful.

When I ordered mine I had also ordered an extra atomizer. I found the one that came with the kit wasn't producing a satisfactory vapor so tried the other one and it worked great (well after the primer burnoff period, lol).

I read up on here about atomizers (some) needing a break-in period, so I was patient with the original one and after about a week of use in seemed to "wake-up", and now I've got two perfectly working atomizers that apart from the odd blow through and gravity drain I give them have been flawless for now near 4 months.

Just thought I'd share my experience with thoughts that your's may be as simple as needing to "wake-up".

Greg

Sorry Ludo...had to post and run yesterday. Yes, now I do have a response Jeff sent yesterday. But I still don't have the Dura C replacement batteries. I did receive my latest order last week #2912, (ordered 3/24/09) for the 2nd Dura set I ordered.

But I still have not received the Dura C replacement batteries from the #1825 (2/12/09).

Ludo, I'm sorry I included you in this, I know Janty USA is not your responsibility, I just don't know how else to get any response? My emails and snail mail was being ignored. Jeff was great that first time I emailed 3/5 and sent another B battery and responded promptly. It's only the 3 times since, after asking for the C replacement batteries since 3/7 that have been ignored.

Thanks,
Julie

ps. Not at post office they deliver right to my mailbox...got my order last week without any problem.

pss. After checking ALL my sent messages...yes, I have been waiting since 2/19/09. 3 emails...no response. 2 reminders on other orders placed...no response. Hand written note with returned B batteries...no response.

The Stick contains a cheap battery and allows the connection of a cheap atomiser. So why the high price? I just feel it is a disappointment.

Re new designs/competition: any company can say "oh, that's good but sadly for you we thought of that already"; true or not.

Ikenmoke - you seem to know Ludo quite well so I guess you maybe right, but I get a different impression. Intriguing ... I think we know pretty much what it will look like; the question is whether the opportunity to improve the technical spec will be taken this time, as well as just playing with style.

I have received 2 emails the last 2 days from Jeff, and have accepted his apology. He has offered a resolution, and I choose to believe he will follow through. I will update when this occurs.

Not sure what you want me to explain Ludo...I did wait a long time(2/19/09), and yes, Jeff did respond after I posted on here yesterday. I am not on here to hurt any person or place of business, I was just asking for what I had paid for.... publicly since my private emails and notes were getting no response. I, like others have stated, would have been much more patient if I had just received some kind of response.

I sincerely hope JantyUSA is well on it's way to being caught up, issues resolved, etc. and can return to the great customer service and respected business that we all knew of, before the Dura ever came out. We need all of our suppliers!

Thanks,
Julie

how does 360mah battery stack up to say a 901 battery in milliamp hours? are we really getting more here? I heard most e-cig batteries are 250-400mah. so this my be just like a regular ecig, just with cheaper batteries.... thanks!

901s are 180mah usually....while the 801s are 250mah. Supposedly the newer versions (2009) are longer lasting. I would like to know which batteries are 400mah...if there is such a thing.
