Hope I just had a run of bad luck with attys.

I've never considered myself a particularly lucky guy, but I'm still puffin' away on both atomizers I lit up. But who really knows with these things, for they work in mysterious ways. I suppose what it comes down to is that any easy tweak that gives more quality time with my near dead atomizers, is quite alright with me.

For me, I find that the stick and the Dura-C have their own little uses in my life.

The issue with the dura is the horrible battery life. Especially for a chain vaper like myself. I tend to use the Dura-C when im flying as a passenger on commercial airlines (Which I do weekly) as its easier to stealth vape for the lack of a LED on the end. Grab your self a PCC (These things are awesome) and you are good to go!

The stick has an amazing battery life.... the best I have personally used to date! I love the fact that I can use 801, 901, and soon 501 atty's making this the ultimate vaping device once the bugs are worked out.

Fortunatelly thus far I have not experienced any of the problems as other stick users have reported. (My switch works just fine, still attatched and not coming up) and I have only had one day where I was stuck with a leaky stick due to my own over dripping. The only negative I am experiencing right now (Which is minor) is the grey paint rubbing off on the corners of the bottom of the stick. Probablly due to the in and out all day of the leather holster it comes with.

My travel kit always consists of The Janty Stick plus 4 batteries, ten 801 attys, my Dura-C set plus PCC, and 5 801 Auto batteries just in case of a catastrophic stick failure!

Hope this was of some help to you!

Safe Travels!

One idea Argent would be to state what model of e-cig you use, It doesnt have to be a Janty, not at all, that way everyone knows you are reviewing an e-cig you actually own.

The Janty Club obviously is there to give people a chance to discuss Janty Products, in a more relaxed manner than they can on these forums. Here questions get lost in a long thread. There, you have no limitations.

I myself use Firefox and dont have a problem loading the site, but it does seem some of our USA friends, are having problems which we hope to resolve soon.

This is YOUR Club, tell us how you want it, what you want to see added, or taken away.

Im usually around, but if not leave a message on one of the boards, or even in the Shout Box.

 does janty not notify that they have received payment?
ive ordered a pre-order V2. was sent an inoice mail and did as instructed
but i haven't received a confirmations from jantyshop ,only from paypal that the transaction was sucessful

is that normal?

my order is 7351 :thumb:

Yes that is normal. I have placed numerous orders from Janty. Always a Paypal confirmation, but none from Janty.

I have never had a problem with a Janty order.

I was doing the 'burn' off too, and it seemed to help when the vapor production got low. But, that seemed to kill 2 of my regular 801 attys. I did it for about 5 or 6 seconds and let it cool somewhat between burns. Did about 4 burns like that on each atty, then suddenly they stopped glowing altogether. So, didn't burn off any more after that, and 2 more attys died at 4-5 days each. Hope I just had a run of bad luck with attys.

I think that the "let it cool somewhat" could be contributing to it - It would be better to let it cool COMPLETELY before starting the burn again - Blow through it to cool it faster - The point of letting it cool is so that it does not get overheated - If you let it cool only "somewhat" and then heat it up again - I don't think it is too much different from just letting it burn steady for 10 seconds - You are starting your next burn from an already elevated temp.

I have had 4 Janty atomizers going strong for nearly 40 days now and not lost a single one - All still doing great - Been doing periodic burns and weekly rinse in boiling water for 10 min - I had one generic 801 that went out in 5 days - That one died while I was doing a burn and only letting it cool "somewhat" - I'm pretty sure I killed it like that - still - From what I see the Janty attys are much higher quality -

Well, I guess using the term 'somewhat' wasn't the best choice. WHen I do the burn, I set the atty aside for quite a while, often 5 minutes or more. Usually I set it aside on my computer desk and do something else for a bit. Didn't mean to imply that it may still be warm from the previous burn cycle when I fired it up again.
