Vader - the JantyUSA.com site has a pretty good/clear selection of pics and that was about what I got. Nice magnetic lid box with the stick in felt/foam holder, atty, 5 med carts, 2 batts, ubs cable, instructions (very step by step and easy to read/use).

YKruss - I doubt it is the V2 as they don't start shipping them until 1st week of July. What I have is plastic but solid/firm. Button is a "bubble" type like older TV remote buttons and the batt lid is 'X' slot instead of big, single slot they indicated the V2 would have. So, my money's on the V1 but still a rocky piece of vape machine.

I ordered a five pack of Coffee cartridges from JantyUSA on the 9th of June... I still haven't received them. Their site went down two weeksish ago for a redesign (and by that time I had already received my cherry liquid, which I ordered after the coffee carts) so I figured, "I suppose I'll receive it after the site goes back up..."

T'was 1AM on Friday the 26th and bam! Their new site was up. Still nothing about my shipment. Then, the next night I lost my cherry liquid! I'm now liquidless, vaping on left overs, and rather sad.

Come on Janty, help me out!!!

my conclusion: buy 2 2slot chargers of the universal type.

I'm a loyal customer because Ludo and Jeff (and now Ethan) have always done right by me.

I emailed them today to let them know my atomizer broke off inside my JantyStick. Being a total techno-phobe, I had no idea how to fix it on my own but was willing to try if given some instructions.

Ludo promptly informed me a replacement body would be sent, but said I was welcome to try to fix it if I wished. He then provided instructions on how to open the case. (Duh-uh to most of you, I'm sure, but I was very nervous.)

I managed to fix it in about 30 seconds and no need for any replacement. However, it was nice to know that Ludo would take the time to give me instructions on how to fix it IF I WANTED TO, and if I didn't, no hassle--a replacement would be sent.

Similar situation awhile back when I had to exchange some items under warranty. No hassle. No difficulty. Ethan simply took care of it.

Gotta love those guys.

And obnoxiously smart design. Side-By-Side, built in mini-usb port recharging and passthrough, lightweight body, cheap replacement parts that are high quality. You really hit a home run with the Stick. If mine died or got stolen, I'll order another one immediately.

I'll have to jump on the Janty bandwagon too. I've never had a bad experience with any of the suppliers I've dealt with so far but, Janty seems to go above and beyond and it is appreciated. My hat is off to Ludo, Jeff and Ethan.

Well i can't speak about Janty USA, with the acception what i read on this board, but it looks like they do a similar good job like Harry over here in Europe.

Anybody look/research at replacing the V1 switch DIY?? Wondering if there isn't a RadioHack that could be easy enough to flop in. I've seen pics of the V1 body opened but no clear view or sign of where that wee switch is all snapped/glued/wired in.

Nubee - I wasnt able to find any pics of the V2 on the JantyUSA site except for the small one when you place your order. but I will look again.
