How to vape the stick for turbo kick in a analogy:

Imagine you are sitting in a sports car. Now, hold the brakes (do not inhale yet) while you kick the accelerator and hit it again before it reaches the red zone of the LED light. Accumulate the vapor in your mouth like a turbo air chamber. Now rev a few short times more and finally release the brakes (inhale) while you keep pushing the button.

don't do this if you do not like harsh throat hit...

As always: drink plenty of water when using any vaping device.

Let me know if this technique works for you :)

Holy Sh*t Ludo! After I finished coughing I said out loud "Wow, that was good!"

Ludo, you are definitely one crazy but cool guy. I tip my hat to you Sir :D

TURBO HIT I coughed too, doing exactly what you said, but it was from scorched juice. Forget that stuff. EEEUUUU. "Throat Hit" sounds something like WaterBoarding!!!

Sherid, did you get that thing to fire yet?? It has to be that the Atomizer is not all the way screwed onto the post. I used a rubber-coated pen to turn it in all the way, could not do it with that mouthpiece. Or a rubber knitting needle tip if you've got one laying around. Was just a thought. Then, make sure your well saturated cart wick is sticking out from the cart just a little bit. And make sure that cart/mouthpiece is all the way on and don't twist it on or off, that will force the wick back up into the cart too far for that little bridge to reach it. Sometimes they feel tight but they're a little click away from being all the way on, the wick won't reach if it's not. Unless you got a real honest to goodness dud it should work. And yes the light will come on even if you don't have an atty in it, so you've got battery power. Check to see if there's any little glob of something on the bottom of the atty, or on the connection inside (flashlight!) Try to drip a drop in there and see if there's any heat at all when you switch it on, there should be almost an instant vapor forming if it's heating. Well, heck, by now you went to bed mad, oohh don't do that! I had an 801 battery that wouldn't work, but there was something crooked about the threading, couldn't see anything wrong, but it had to be turned one more 1/2 turn to connect with the Atomizer. Had a little catch, once you turned it beyond what you thought was tight it was fine. Well, that's the way these attys feel to me, seems like they're all the way in but another quarter turn makes the difference. With my crippled up fingers it was hard to do till I found a "tool". After it's been in and out a couple times it seems to work easy enough even for me. Boy, I can't even imagine how frustrated you must be. I'd probably be in tears. The more I use this Manual Stick the better I like it. It's a nice, easy smoke. But forget about that throat hit, I don't know what that is, but I find it unpleasant as all get out. Sorry, this got a little wordy, again!

My guess would be that it's burning at a higher (or lower?) temperature than the liquid "wants". I don't get as much flavor as I'd like either, now that I've been using mine awhile. But I bought it for outdoor sneaky-vapes, and it's great for that.

I wonder if it could be because you are getting more vapor you are getting more nic which dulls the taste buds a bit.

Kate, I could hug you. You were exactly right, and now it is FIRING. Thank you for taking so much time to write such detailed instructions...just what I needed. I have only taken a couple of puffs because I wanted to thank you.

(The GPL is not a limited license for personal use. The only real limits in the GPL is the ability to claim the original product as your own work and distribute it without source code.)

PS: You haven't been using Linux since 1970...before 1994, you had to pay for your OS. That's how it was.

LOL, so because I altered the quote to make the joke I must not know what I'm talking about... Got it...

- Linux didn't exist in the 70's, I said *NIX i.e. Unix which by various names has been around since the 60's.
- As early as the late 50's/early 60's Bell Labs gave away copies of the BESYS operating system to anyone who asked for it under the premise that it was not supported.

Anyway, as requested.. I'm done with this.

I will not buy anything that looks like an analog again. My 901 and pen are more or less decommissioned.
I love that the Stick looks nothing like an analog. If I didn't like my 510 so much I'd totally agree about never buying anything that looks like an analog again.

I have a stockpile of 901 atoms that I'll probably never use. If there comes a time that people need them and they're hard to find, I'll probably sell them all.

Ordering the 1st e-cig is a leap of faith that all future e-smokers face when working with an unknown source recommended by others. JantyUSA has proved to be an excellent supplier with fast delivery. I've had only 1 problem with an order and the customer service solution by Jeff was quite generous and unexpected...Thank You Jeff! I recommend this company to all my friends and contacts as well as to anyone reading this post. Kudos!

You know what, I could use a HUG!!! Soo glad it's working, I know exactly what you were feeling. When a guy/gal does ask for help people tend to think you will work it out, hard to get someone to answer straight up.
Also, I stayed up this morning to watch my 3 FlyCatcher babies fledge, and got into the days work before I could even make coffee, and when everything was finally settled down my birds were gone! Hate that! So was out in the yard looking for feathers, because the cats were all outside, but looks like they must have made it, no feathers. I will have to upload a photo I took of them Monday. From nest to fledge from under my porch roof, that's kind of a big deal for me. Well, God's Speed to them.
So, you made my day shine, thank you! DSC_4345 FlyCatcherBabies.jpg

I know you guys have been swamped and I trust you that everything will get taken care of, I just wanted to say that I never got a shipping confirmation if in fact everything has been shipped out to date.

My order # was 4899 and the payment appears to have been posted from my bank account on June 2nd (tuesday).

That's good enough for me to know Vroya! Thx~ I won't pester them with any more emails then. I'm sure I'll get it sometime this week then.

Sent the guys at Janty an e-mail cause I didn't get shipping confirmation either, but they shot an e-mail right back - shipped out on the 5th, should be here today. Order #5006

Guess they've been concentrating more on getting them in the mail than giving confirmations. That's fine by me! :)

If you're not getting a lot of vapor, wait a couple days for the atty to break in...

I got mine saturday, today is tuesday and I am choking on

INTENSE THUNDERCLOUDS OF VAPOR

HUGE THROAT HIT

just not as much flavor as I'm used to

I think it's the juice

Vaped hard all day and my battery lasted 7.5 hours!

one good way to tell if you need to change the battery (I don't like to wait untill I get the flashing red lights) is when you need to hit until the light is purple to get the same hit, change the battery...

Also, it seemed like my stick was drinking gallons of juice the first couple of days, but now I seem to get a few hours of consistent vapor on one cart. like three hours heavy vaping. that's pretty good I think.

Just got my JS today!

First thoughts... Atomizer was indeed a wee bit tricky, and first try was a no-go. However, as I've been reading up on the forum, I thought to go ahead and "over tighten" just a bit. Worked like a charm!

My ugly backup usb mod has now been relegated to emergency use only in case the worst possible scenario happens, I lose the JS. Tons of vapor, great flavor in the included carts (French MLB came with it), and my DIY juice tastes better than from my standard 801's. Not sure how that was possible, as they use the same atomizer. And yes, standard 801 attys work, as well as the BE112's.

With atomizer attached it's only as tall as my cell phone, and barely over half the width. It fits nicely in my shirt pocket, and the leather belt clip is just plain nice, quality worksmanship, well above my expectations. All in all, I am one satisfied, happy customer.

My other half (who didn't want one) now wants one too after seeing this one, so I'll be spending some more money shortly, but it's entirely worth it IMHO.

Note: This stick has only left my hand since receiving it so I could write this out. :)
