Sorry can't answer any questions until July 2009. Be patient please, we are developing another one as well :)

Any takers that it's a Janty version of the S/D?:p

Specifically addressed to anybody from Janty but everyone can jump in...

I saw a thread where Ludo actually remarked that the Stick may get a "Makeover" and will now be made of metal. I couldn't find the thread now, but I want to make sure that this was a serious statement, and not a joke. I for one, think tis is the best news ever and will be all for this, provided of course that it doesn't bring the price too high.(I think Ludo promised it won't be that high).

Also, will the "NoveauStick" or "JSV2" address the "leakystick" problem that people have been ranting on? I'm thinking a small plastic barrier between the atomizer and the LED would solve the problem. Your thoughts?

Have a great day!

The way I see it is Janty has created their own platform to build on.. so all their mods will incorporate the innovations from the stick. So even if they make an sd it will have smart electronics which would make it different.

And now that would be really nice:
    1. LONG battery life. Say 500-600mAh minimum with reasonable form factor.
    2. metal. Sorry, but SD > JS on durability (I own neither, but come on, look at them, then think about dropping each..metal wins)
    3. Reasonable form factor. They did good with the JS sizing. At least the bulk of it, IMHO, should fit in your hand. Recess the atty into the casing like they did on the JS to recoup some space in length.
    4. Sane batteries (like JS, SD, GG, etc)
    5. USB PT on an SD type device... = very nice, clean and a first. (like on the JS)
    6. actual on/off switch desired if it's at all possible to activate in a pocket.
    7. adapters. Don't say it, do it. Short of Janty coming out with a truly unique atomizer with 6 months longevity, I don't need more attys that are incompatible. I will however, buy more 510 attys from you if you make the device I want.

That would be an 'SD' I'd want to own. I'm even open on the voltage..I think a consistent 4-5vDC is just fine.

After that plus the metal JS, would come (in my 'ideal world')...juice delivery. Better delivery, and higher capacity.

And be careful of that battery screw top! I sure hope they sell extras in case mine bounces off into the unknown! I can unscrew it with a fingernail, but getting it back on can be a challenge! When I changed batteries this morning, I was being really careful, but had to crawl around looking for it

At last, someone posting a reassurance that I'm not the only one :p I'm sure my screw has wings :D

The situation is kinda upsetting: i placed the order, I paid but still I don't know if:
    a) the payment was received (on paypal i got charged, of course)
    b) they sent the package
    c) if so, where the heck is it?

A bit more communication (specially after spending 90 bucks) would be appreciated...
PS: order number 5114, for reference
