This is wonderful news Ludo, sorry I have ranted about a metal casing since I received mine.
Another thought....
The leakage problem to me, stems from the 801 atomiser. So I agree with a shorter atomiser, such as the 510. However, the problem resolves if the stick is in an upright position, how about a stand ???
So when we leave it overnight its fresh and ready to go next morning?
I find if I take the atomiser out every couple of days, clean the sides and the contact at the bottom, all is ok. But I do drip as I find the carts simply dont empty unless left upright.
Anyone else find this?
Mind you, Im not a moaning brit... I love the JS.. its the best out there !! but it could be made even better !

My son just got a 510. I tried it last night. I can see why people like it as much as they do -- BUT, I think Janty made the right choice coupling the 801 with the Stick, here's why...
If one is going to produce a device with a battery that lasts a looong time (8 hours for me, a full day of work) then it follows that the same device should be able to hold a LOT of
e-liquid. Hence, the 801 atty. Sure, many people drip but I like to pull the stick out of my top pocket, take a hit and place it right back from whence it came. Mid-way through my day I top off the cart and I'm good until I get home.
From that aspect, Janty thought this out rather well. Now, of course the second the 510 adapters come out I'll be buying because -- well, just because! LOL
My gut feeling, based on nothing but conjecture is that there may be and probably will be problems with a 510 based JS. The 510 atty runs hot to begin with. The JS battery is going to feed those attys a lot better than the 510 stock battery. I mean, I find myself pushing the JS to the cut-off now with the 801. Methinks there are going to be some cherry red, as in HOT 510 attys out there in e-cig-land.
