HURRAY .. forget who contacted me but someone did and they are sending a replacement. There is NOTHING WRONG with how the JantyStick works .. The cosmetic paint coming off is no big deal but the end being loose I 'think' affects my seeing when the battery is charged .. not a big deal either. What is coming off is not the protective film. There is a layer of thick black piano finish sticky ... it covers that entire panel and if I lift up on it, I can see green .. something that looks like a computer board or chip or ?? I can rub it with my fingernail and get it to stick for a while but it comes up again .. each time a little more I think ..

In the very beginning when I got my JantyStick V2 I was a little disappointed .. but once I got the juice flowing through the atomizer ... WOW .. It is my favorite vape .. I love the 801 .. I can get a lot of vapor .. plenty of throat hit, but it is easier on my lungs I think .. By the end of the day I vape with my SD for a while and then go back to the Janty .. Janty goes best with my first cup of coffee too !!

THANK YOU JANTY USA for getting back to me ...

Hello!

I already have the Janty Stick, so I am looking at the Kissbox for a more "portable" e-cig to use at other places, like bars, or stuff like that (smoking is legal in bars in Peru, where I'm from).

I have a question:

From your experience, which one produces more vapour in less time? I mean, with the Stick I get vapour but I need to keep the button pressed until I get a good amount. On the internet, I've seen videos of the Kissbox and I see that they just get a normal "drag" and it produces as much vapour as the "11 second" draw on the Stick, but it could be just me.

Then, I dunno if I'm doing something wrong or if the guys on the video reviews put a lot of juice on the carts or something, but I don't seem to that much of a vapour production as them, at least on camera. I DO get a big throat hit, but I don't seem to see much smoke going out.

Help!! I have a JS V2 with a 901 adaptor. Everything was working fine at first, but now, every time I try to vape, the atty floods and the cart filling is stuck to the atty wick. The battery is fully charged and it's a new atty. WTF?? By the way, the same atty and cart work fine n my Adaptever.

Janty is great. I am going to order a stick as soon as I can. waiting for a bonus from work and I will have money. Not to get off topic but I hate the fact that I make less per year then I did 7 years ago. I always thought that your pay should go up each year not down. I am glad to have a job. I have been working for a year now after looking for a job for 5 months. Before that I worked for 11 years running a pie shop. They closed many stores and I was my store was one of them that got bent over and.....So when I have some money I will be getting a stick from Janty. I know that they will take care of me. I love my Kissbox and will love my stick and I love all at Janty.

Are you using that mouthpiece and cart to screw the 901 into the adapter?
I'm thinking the mouthpiece is turning allowing the filler to get tangled in the atty wick.
If it turns, twisting the filler, it would be like wringing out a dishrag which would cause the flooding.

Use a mouthpiece with no cart to screw the 901 in the adapter, then slide the regular cart straight on without twisting it.

That's the only explanation I can see if it works well with another device.

I love my kissbox VS the stick. I'm not sure why but the taste seems off with the stick and I'm just not as fond of it as I'd hoped. I'm keeping it around as a backup- the cheaply replaced batteries are a real boon to the product. I still prefer the Kissbox or even a regular 801 to the stick experience. Just my opinion of course.

yeah i tried that a few several times.... no luck at all.... what should i do?

Do you have another device to check your atty on?
If not, do you have a spare (good atty)?

We had one fry an atty because the switch stayed closed.
Actually it wasn't the switch at all but liquid that coated the circuit board.
Symptom: If you put a good atty on it and hit the switch it will stay on... blue LED stays lit. Bad atty = no LED but would flash when battery is installed.

Our fix:

Carefully open the casing... Pour rubbing alcohol over the circuit board then thoroughly dry with canned air.
Insert good atty and battery and enjoy!

Please be careful... if you're not comfortable attempting this and your device is still under warranty, you might want to just contact them for a replacement.

Note: Alcohol is flammable and you want to make sure all the fumes are gone before inserting the battery.

.....I do need an aide to get especially a new atty in far enough, I use a fat rubber tipped BP pen to twist it in far enough (takes some muscle), but after a couple times finger tight is fine. Don't twist on and twist off the carts, you'll get fibers on the mesh, they don't taste very good after a few heat-ups! Push it straight on and pull straight off.

I was doing the same exact thing with the v2 original black atty! It died and was replaced with a silver one and this one screws in so easy now!

I'm also using m210 carts now, which are so tight, I could have probably used them with the old atty to screw in with ou the use of the pen trick.

At this point I don't think it would hurt anything! I really don't think the warranty is giving LUDO any sleepless nights????
My warranty wasn't expired, my patience is wearing thin however.....
just make sure to try to keep the alcohol away from external plastic parts, without giving it a try myself, alcohol does a job on atty paint.

Edit: Heard from Ethan, my replacement on the way, Good good! THANKS
