mail now!!!

If that was for me, I already filled out the form on jantyshop.com, but haven't gotten any reaction at all!
I was just wondering if the lack of a reply meant that jantyshop have not yet processed the claim, and that i would have to wait till after the 20th.
My email is clavit (at) gmail (dot) com.

OK Thanks.
I got an email from Harry at Jantyshop last night, and he will sort out my problems.

By the way, going by the text on the website, there is no way of figuring this out. The only obvious way to make a warranty claim is via the claims form. The only two email addresses on the site are info and dispatch, and dispatch didn't really seem right to me for a warranty claim.

Either way, my replacement Stick is being sent :)
Thanks for your assistance!

I ordered the Janty Dura-C. I had to wait 2 weeks before it was finally shipped. Another 9 days in transit. Longest wait of my life. I admit i was getting very impatient at the end of my two week wait. Their website listed the item as in stock, and i did not receive an email telling me i had to wait 2 weeks. My last email to Jeff was an ultimatum. Ship the product, or refund by wednesday. That was a monday. Wednesday morning i received notification my product was shipped.

My only advice is to email Janty before you order & confirm the product will be shipped out immediately, if it's in stock. My advice to Janty is to update your website more frequently.

Quick Dura-C Review: I love it. By far, hands down, the best product on the market & well worth the wait/money. Jeff & Nathan have emailed me back within hours whenever i've needed help since my first order. Very pleasant to deal with. Very impressed with everything. Packaging, batts, atty's, carts, charger. Everything works. This is a month ago. I'm still using the first of two atty's.

I was going thru 901 atty's every 7-10 days.

Disposable & cheap, or Durable & reliable. You decide.

I also ordered the dura-c usb passthru. Not that impressed. The pass-thru will not work without the 3.6v battery. Sure it's cool to have that portable power, but if i really wanted that, i would just order another spare battery. My 901 usb delivers 5.18v, which produces tons more vapor, than a 901 battery. The 3.6v dura-c passthru only delivers 4v, because it's only drawing power from the battery & not usb. Significantly less vapor than my 901 passthru. Hopefully Janty will manufacture a usb pass thru that's switchable from direct usb power, or battery power.

Make a long story short. DO NOT, I REPEAT..DO NOT be discouraged about ordering from JantyUSA. These are good guys, top of the line product & i plan to order from them again, and again, and again. I have no problem investing in this company. As you can see they are well on their way to manufacturing some very cool new devices in the very near future.

Janty is the club you want to be in.

Peace.

I can't believe this site is allowing a clear ripoff company to have any space on here to try to steal from more people. I know I am FAR from the only one who has been ripped off by this company. On 3 different orders.

Problems started when the site REFUSED to allow me to put my correct state into the order form. No matter how many times I'd put Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA, it always changed it back to ALABAMA. I contacted them about that at least 10 times and they never fixed it.

I ordered a Kissbox Extended Classic, the most expensive eCig I've purchased to date. So far I've still only gotten a partial order there with lies about the rest of it being shipped many weeks ago.

I ordered the Dura-C and that took two and a half months to arrive, with one incorrect atomizer.

I ordered cartridges for my Kissbox, those have never arrived and it's also been well over a month.

They aren't listed with the Better Business Bureau, Reseller Ratings or anyone reputable to file complaints through. So I'll have to file a PayPal complaint and attach a complaint to my associated credit card or bank (I forget which I used).

This company is IN NO WAY REPUTABLE. If you trust them, you're asking to be ripped off!

I wish they WERE reputable, because the products themselves are very nice indeed. But if I can't get supplies for them and I'm only going to get partial orders, they could be made out of solid platinum and diamond encrusted and it would not matter.
Well, did you double-check, maybe you were ordering from Janty UK. How did you pay?

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a replacement battery to be sent. They said they would send one right out but have yet to see it.

While I like most of their products and quality, I feel the service and ordering is worthless. You can only throw in a few carts so many times to make everything better.

Feel free to email me Ethan@jantyusa.com and I'd be happy to look into this for you.

Janty did have some problems not too long ago with shipping, supplies, communication. I was ready to write them off and was not pleased.

However, over the past month or so they are definitely winning me back, perhaps even towards being a loyal customer. It seems to me they have clearly responded to the complaints and are working hard to correct any problems with customer service.

Ya know its funny you never hear but maybe 25% of all satisfied customers but you always hear 90% of all unsatisfied customers. Just food for thought.

I have a dragon m401 while it meets my needs i want something with way better battery life. i plan on ordering the JS V2 when the money comes in and the reason i chose it is because of my little formula at the top of my post. and also the statements from Jeff And Ludo that they will not delete negative posts, i respect that immensly(sp?) the one thing that turns me off about a supplier is when i see posts deleted by the supplier themselves and not the user. It makes me wonder, what are they hiding? Janty obviously has nothing to hide, laundry is laundry- clean or dirty- its still the laundry:)
