I'm finding that SS wire in these gunk up faster than kanthal. I'm trying kanthal again to compare

My understanding is: for the same size and dimension, SS coil always has lower resistence compare to kanthal coil and thus in order to warm juice to the same level, you will need to pump more power to the SS coil, this means more jucie will be vaporized and more gunk created.

....a stumpy tank that's dual coiled....with the capacity of a Serpent Mini. Yeah, that's sounds swell.
The site is in Chinese, so it probably is. But China is #1 at ripping off patents and ideas.

Anyone know how many RTA makers actually manufacture their tanks in the USA? I don't think I've come across one yet, but I haven't really looked too much.

I would love a USA made Merlin with real smoked glass. :)

I like cheap clones from China each with its improved feature over the ori. I like to buy many variants with the same budget. eh...eh...eh...:pervy:

Incorrect. The only thing that governs how much power to put into a coil is coil mass.

I think I got the JFC ring to spin freely. It's still pretty tight to turn. I ended up wrapping it with cloth and using some wide vise grips, I started to slowly turn it and there was a small snap and it started moving. Hope that didn't break anything.

Rayon wicks like a champ on the Merlin. The only remaining question i have is this stuff I come across here and there that it causes throat irritation over time among some people.

I have been using nothing but rayon for almost a month with no issues. I use it in all my rta/rda (boht TC and VW) builds. I like it way better than cotton. Takes a little more work to trim the tails up just right but everything else about it is >>> cotton IMO.

I don't think I've ever flooded Mr. Merlin. Running Clapton .85 ohms ATM. Tight wicking in the coil and feathered out to the bottom of the well.

My Merlin is running at 0.34ohms with rayon in TCSS (3x twisted 28ga) mode on my SDNA75 and does the same. Loving Rayon. So glad I made the switch early before I had piles of cotton stocked up.

Slightly off topic but my Billow V3 Plus is running dual pre-coiled hives at 0.12ohm and 70+ watts and wicks like a champ in VW mode. I was going to rewire it today with SS so I could run it in TC mode like the rest of my mods but the hive's dry fired nice and clean so I just re-wicked it and went on my way.
