    Shameful.

Maybe the governor should ban all cigarettes except for American Spirits because of the chemical content.
I mean they are the only brand that has no additives.

By state law -- in Michigan, Michigan law -- manufactured cigarettes are required to be Fire Safety, usually implemented by adding carpet glue, not approved by the FDA or any other government for ingestion or burning.

Government is a bigger problem than smoking.

I'm in Michigan. Nobdy had a clue this was coming. It appears the governor consulted with no one but her healt department. This should be done by lawmaking, so all sides can be heard, not by edict. I'd say this is wreckless, incompetent governing. Is Michigan now ground zero for vape politics?

In the mean time Michigan legalized recreational you-know-what in 2018--by referendum. Shops for that could be opening in a few months.

Seems like another swamp to drain.

And to top it all off, Juul announced it fully supports the Michigan Governor's announcement. Juul doesn't give a rats a__ about the kids, Juul will say and do whatever's necessary for their market share...including "consolidating" (read: destroying) the open system competition.
This might give you a laugh then.

This is ridiculous , I am in Michigan, The governor is just responding to redickulous one account problems.
I am enraged at this, for the record I did not vote for this governor, she is misusing her power , when other avenues are just as good without banning.

Governor thinks, I am a governor and I have the ability to band things so ,I am gonna flex that power even though there are other alternatives, but I don't have the intelligence to figure that out , I will just take away your rights to choose as an American citizen!!!
So, let us legalize pot and ban Apple flavored vape , what the f

Looking at the whole document, while they excluded FDA products from the advertising section they did not from the retail sale section as does other States legislation. Hastily written it effectively bans nicotine gum and lozenges also, unless they are tobacco taste. I don't remember any that are not characterizing flavors.

I suspect that this stance and the fact that they're now largely owned by BT...is not just coincidence.

    (3) A person who possesses four or more flavored vapor products, or flavored alternative nicotine products is rebuttably presumed to possess said items with the intent to sell.
OK, so at least they added "rebuttably" in there. It's not absolute. And I'ma gonna need some bigger containers. Or I suppose just keep mixing a 30 ml bottle at a time. ;) (at those times I even flavor it)

Suck it you pod-people, you're screwed (snark humor)

    P.S.
So are juul pod boxes sold in packs of 4 pods, right?

So let's say you're down to your last pod. You go into the store and buy a box of 4 pods, or God forbid you buy two boxes at once, so now you have at least FIVE pods. I guess that's OK unless you turn around and flavor them?

How are they going to test this? Gas chromatograph them all?

So you have to have them FLAVORED in a way that isn't acceptable to retail to violate this edict from Queen Whitmer.

OK OK OK. So you DIY flavor them as you go? One or 3 ahead? Then you're OK, right?
Where the hell is George Orwell when we need him?
