Furthermore! They said that employees can't represent any other flavoring or it's still flavored. So "vanilla tobacco" or when you ask them "What does it taste like?" and they answer "vanilla tobacco", then they're screwed. Can't be on the box as an image or wording.

So train all employees to say "tobacco" or "Their expression of tobacco flavor". Full stop.
?????????

Might be able to get away with "Virginia tobacco" and "Burley Tobacco", as those are kinds of tobacco.

What does this do to pipe smokers and "Cherry tobacco" or whatever?

Should be "fun" to watch the fallout here.
That's what I wondered, does this affect pipe tobacco too?

I hate to turn this whole thing around and make it all about me but I need access to the classifieds.

I hate the anxiety these sort of threads cause. Once or twice, but every day it’s something new. Every day the walls push in closer and my USA cell gets smaller, privileges get revoked and I didn’t even violate. History is repeating.

The problem is we aren’t organized people. They answer to us.

.....I am not alert enough to figure out what it would cost me to make a gallon but I know there is substantial savings with DIY.
$60-$80 for me. Probably much less for them.
Some companies will cash in and cash out and "thanks for all the schmeckles!"

I went thru it in 2016, panic & panic buying, but so glad I did, making a list helps, what you need, what you have already and what you need to find.

Guess all the govs of the different states are taking turns to see what they can be *first* in.

Our governor was the first to completely BAN purchasing eliquid thru the mail. Boy, that happened fast. Every single vendor I had been dealing with for 5 years wouldn't put my order thru anymore. Their shoopping cart software just booted me out by zip code.

THen I had to start calling many of them. At many of them, I had reward points and such that I lost

Of course none of them DID anything about it. They just moved on to their other customers. :)

So much advocacy.

Would a PO box in a neighboring state work for you?

Sucks for smokers wanting to switch but we'll be alright with a little effort.

Just gonna leave this here:
British vapers are safe, claim health experts after deaths in US

Paul Aveyard, a professor of behavioural medicine at the University of Oxford, said: “These cases are worrying and need investigating but advice from all official bodies in the UK is that it is always preferable to vape than to smoke. These reports should not change that advice.”

Cheers

Too bad Boris and Trump couldn't have this on their discussion list along with Brexit. But I guess once they're done with Brexit they spend the rest of their time trading haircare tips.
They and their predecessors already had the discussion, allowed the corporate influence (thinking specifically about BT and BP here in this discussion) to take over and own our politicians, and we're suffering their results. All under the guise of "deregulation" and "freedom" while letting dumb dems buy into the "influence" and do the dirty work.

It's not at all one sided, it's both-sided, and that's why all this sucks so bad. And we're all suckers, because we don't really have any options, just the illusion of them. But neither Trump nor Johnson will save anyone from a corporate aristocracy.

No, it is not. It is observing that judges don't "have" to legislate from the bench; judges choose to chose to legislate from the bench. They will continue to do so until restrained by congress or until congress does its job competently. I am not holding my breathe on either.
Legislating from the bench is literally what they are supposed to do. It’s why the judicial branch is called the judicial branch. For the past several years one party has complained vociferously about “activist judges” (the opposite being “inactivist judges”). Recently that party has managed to put a huge number of judges in office and I suspect that claim will now reverse parties. The party previously claiming issues with judicial “activism” will now support it since the judges are now supporting their views and the other party will start complaining.

The complaints about “judicial activism” have always been false no matter which direction they come from

Vape sniffing dogs. I knew this day was coming. Busted by a beagle.
More like a few very amateur drug dealers trying to procure that "other stuff" in their garage which was the final straw that broke the camel's back for vapers. Politicians and the media aren't able to distinguish the difference vaping regulated nicotine e-liquid from vaping the unregulated "other stuff" being sold on the black market.
