weird. My two, I milled right down flush with the 510 rim and they seat great. The RM2s do vary, however, as to how much +post sticks out the bottom of them.

I took a metal file and thinned the bottom post a bit. It fits flush now with no leakage.

Sitting here, just recoiled my two reo's one milled Grand and one 2.1, the later has a modded a6 atomizer and the grand has a modded nimbus replica (3 air holes stock) did the same builds on both, 2mm ekowool, 28g kanthal 3/4 wraps. The mini got that smooth sweet vape I want and the grand is almost to harsh. Both coils are positioned close to the holes. Can't really figure it out. I use the same nimbus replica (unmodded) as a dripper and it's great. So yeah can't really figure it out.

I've thought about selling my AFC cap because I'm having mixed results with dual coils and optimal flavor… lots of vapor but single coil Cyclone or RM2 is just more my speed with b/f's… better flavor.
Sticking around to see what folks here come up with for doubles…

So far the best flavor dual coil atomizers I've had are the Kraken (genesis) and the ORigen dripper… got to be something in the respective designs, or something i'm not doing with the Cyclone (stock b/f)

On another note:
Regarding feeding when the b/f juice bottle gets down to 1/3 full… i have some concerns … wow dry hits on sub ohms can be devasting… choke. It would be nice to see a clear cap dripper get the b/f treatment. Then you can see if there's enough juice on the wick/coil

I was considering milling m reo down to run the AFC cap on my cyclone, but have found my sweet spot vape. Really the best compromise in flavor, vapor and throat hit. 1/16 air hole, 8 wraps of triple twisted 30g Kanthal on a 1/16 drill bit micro coil. I like warm to hot vapes since I vape tobacco juices. The resistance is .7 and vapor production is insane.

Tadaaaa! Silver vein grand with a milled cup and unmilled reo. Button cover number two is a trumpet valve cap, silver and mother of pearl, new experiment. I still need to drill a button to accept it, but I like how it looks on there. Waiting on a Helios to mod for it. image.jpgimage.jpg

You guys were so right. My family of Reos doubled today, and this is on the way to make it three! I can't stop!image.jpg

Wow first time I've seen someone go over 1/8. I wonder how big the Cyclone AFC is with both slots wide open?

I'm trying to figure that out right now. We'll actually which one has bigger clouds with similar builds. Leaning towards the nimbus and I'm hesitant to torch the Cyclone.

But to answer your question I think the slots in the Cyclone are around 1/8".

Does anyone know what grade of block aluminum the REO Grand is made of?

I'm thinking of milling my Grand's to make room for the AFC Cyclone. I have access to a private machine shop and an experienced machinist (My dad) and I'm trying to get an idea of what material we're dealing with. It could make a difference in what tooling we decide to go with.

BTW that Nimbus is really sweet looking!
