i am going to order from liberty flights. I am going to 5ml of ry4, 5 of latakia, and 5 of perique black. how long do you think this will last me with heavy vaping? do you like the flavor choices? any other suggestions on flavor? also, I cannot find nicotine liquid on the LF website. am i missing something?

thank you for your help y'all

**edit** I am just using 99.5% anyhydrous glycerine usp. it works well straight in my p.o.s quick-e-mart cigirex ecig. btw i am moving up to an eGo-t with lr attys.

I do not know much about Liberty Flights even though I've been a customer. I buy my Flavourart from Flavourart and my Nicotine from Xtreme vaping (Who supplies many other suppliers). Sorry if that is not totally helpful...

But when mixing your own juice with Flavourart, you will find that between 1% and 2% flavoring is optimum since their flavorings are concentrated. As part of the recipe, account for that 1 to 2% as PG content if you want to be dead on balls accurate (industry term) with your ratio and nic level. Flavourart flavors are suspended in PG.

If you do a little math you can guestimate how long 5ml will last you

Well you want to make sure the glycerin you get is 100% vegetable and no animal glycerin. We know the Humco brand in Walmart is OK and so is the more expensive Wilton's brand near the cake decorating stuff in Michael's Crafts. All anhydrous means is that there is no water in it. And even USP glycerin is allowed to have animal glycerine in it. So you can either buy the brands I listed OR buy a glycerin that SAYS it is pure vegetable, or buy VG online at a DIY shop or Ecig/ELiquid site.

Re your recipe - no nicotine so will have no throat hit. Very thick at 100% VG so will probably not be usable in tanks, reservoir cartomizer and most stuffing cartomizers. If you thin it with up to 10% distilled water you might be able to get it to work for some of those vaping methods. Most tanks/cartos prefer the thickness PG w/ 30% or less VG (in slim ecig simple stuffing cartos I use 10-20% VG). If you are using it on a normal atomizer w/ drip tip or cartridge then thick is OK as long as it flows at least as fast as you vape.

Make sure you are looking at the US Liberty-Flights.com. They have both Flavorings and Eliquid and I think in DIY they may also have some nicotine. Or shop at OneStopDIYShop or DIYFlavorShack, or many ecig juice vendors sell unflavored eliquid or higher concentration nicotine.

I DIY my own juice. I agree with dormouse... check that it is the correct vg.

That said, DIY juice can be that simple... yes. You may want some PG to thin the 100% VG juice a bit (assuming you are not sensitive to it).

I vape 75% PG, 25 % VG +/-. Others 100% PG or 100% VG. To each their own.

Then there is the nic if you want it. I order my nic in 50/50 PG/VG double strength nic and cut it in 1/2 with PG so I end up with 75/25 std strength. Then I add a few drops of flavor.

So all I need for DIY nicquid is the vendor supplied nic base, PG and flavoring.
