[Wow! What didn't I miss?]

Congrats to all the wonderful ladies that participated in this pageant. You were all winners and made it a wonderful and entertaining event. We all needed something like this to ease the madness on this forum as of late. I hope there will be many more to come...

Let's get this thread back on track. Shall we?

With much love and appreciation to you all I present the following by the talented mashup/mix artist 2 E. R. T. Enjoy!

Is it too late to enter the pageant?

Ms Lol has a fabulous sense of humour. Her favourite film is Born Free. She enjoys curling up with a good book and a vape, at the moment she's reading The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Her most recent favourite eliquid flavour is mouse choc chip. Her ambition is to promote world peace and to work with sick children.

Nicely stated, Spikey. My husband and I are childless tonight and we couldn't decide if we should go out or stay in (sometimes it is nice to have the house to ourselves:) ). We decided to go out since when we are at home, we are mostly at our computers with little commuication. He is in school part time (online) and works part time and I am on here full time. lol It is important to keep a balance and we must remember that.

You can bet your ... that I be back here when we get home though;)

Okay.. one more post lol...

I completely agree. You have not said anything inappropriate (that I have seen) or done anything not proper for a married/involved lady. You have been a perfect lady as far as I am concerned. Succumbing to unreasonable requests opens the door for a controlling marriage and is not a solution. I think a better way to handle this is to show your partner all your posts and ask which ones bother him and discuss WHY they bother him. Ask if he feels you were trying to have a relationship with someone else. Ask WHY he feels that way. Reassure him of your love for him. Many of our spouses feel a little neglected because we have all put so much time and effort into this and have neglected our "homes". My partner usually wants to goto sleep... but he actually tried to get frisky one night and I kept telling him.. "one more post and I will be there" and then he fell asleep. I woke him up for work nicely the next morning... but still he was left hanging and that is not my style! I think that everyone at home needs to be reminded they are number one and we love them more than the boards or our friends here (maybe not more than our PV's.. but more than the boards lol!). I hope it works out... and if you need any advice or help or a mediator by phone to help things remain calm.. please feel free to send me a PM about it. Sorry if I should have said all this in a PM but I thought it mught be relevant to others since it was also relevant to me.

But I DID vote for Malice lol!!!

Thanks for the nice compliments rsng!

wow.. that is great advice! and i would agree.. communication is key.. no matter what kind of relationship you have! and omg! yay! spikey voted for me!! yes!!!!!

!!! 我告訴了您他會來。 不從我的手。 他無法停止! 您應該學到生活教訓! 從他的神色跑! 您對您的創作羞愧!

Watch the language Jaaxx! I can read this :sneaky:

And congratulations everyone! Sounds like you all had a lot of fun. And good job to Wiz and Rick for making it happen!

Thank you ladies, Wiz, rick and Sun I had fun in the pageant. But it seems that this thread and the Mr. ECF thread has caused some marital discord and I am going to have to leave the forum. this will be my last post. I am not being made to quit but I would rather have him have no doubt in his mind. I think he thinks I have been talking and flirting to men on this forum (even though he won't admit to it) and really I want to say this publicly so he knows that I would not be a part of any of that. I know there are gonna be some funny guys out there who are going to post false comments to be funny but please don't. I would like my sig. other to know that this was just a forum of friends the pageant like I said before was neat because all the women stood up for each other when any guy tried to disrespect them or they felt bad about themselves. Alot of women out there wouldn't do that for each other, And for a group of women who didn't know each other that was pretty great. Thanks again and I appreciate everything.

I hope you come back - I'll really miss having your smiling face around here! :(

I agree with Nuck and Spikey.

I am also married, to a very LUCKY man! (LOL) He doesn't really worry about what I get up to online, he knows who shares my bed!

That's funny! This seems to translate at least two different ways, depending on who you ask...

Ya, I 'm still on the last page trying to figure out "booger the blue nasal mucus"

Try a different translator... (but it's funnier your way!)

Sorry all for the drama..... We sat down and talked about all this and when I told him I was stopping the forum he said that isn't what he wanted he just had questions. And really it was more of miscommunication due to his lack of computer skills:) I tend to be the worrier and like to just smooth things over and really after talking we had to laugh:) The day we were talking about me getting out of the shower Wildsky? Well when he was reading the pageant he is a newbie so he couldn't see the pic of the kitty cat and thought that I posted a pic of me in the shower lol. So this is a lesson how communication on the internet is not as good as in person and how things can get mistrued:) lol. So I am glad it is resolved and maybe something good came out of all this we aren't bickering about prizes anymore:) lololol Thanks Spikey for posting the advice for everyone to remember the most important ones at home and how communication is key:)

Oh Good! (If you had posted a pic like that you would have gotten ALL the friggin prizes :D )

I honestly think you need to introduce the Mr. over here, and he can enter the MR.ECF !! He'd have a blast (unless that would cause you guys to fight over computer time! )

I'm really thrilled you're back!
