If you have an addictive personality like me. And is always out on the hunt for the newest and greatest this new hobby is not going to save you money. Yes you will stop smelling like an old ash tray, your sense of smell becomes brighter and your taste buds come alive again.

It has only been 5 months and I have gone from an ego to a mech mod with a rba and everything in between. Also all the juice I've wasted. Uou can say i had a learning curve to go through. I don't ever want to know the amount of money I have "spent" not "wasted" on vaping. I do know its alot. But at least I have my health back and that is priceless. My hospital bills from fighting cancer would be 1000x more.
My only mistake is,,, I wish I could just go back to a ego twist and a carto tank. The days where i didnt spend all my time on forums and youtube finding the best and newest. Now I'm on a poldiac with a hh.357 inside of an amp tank.

And I'm still on the hunt. I have won a mmv lottery for a 1 of 1 prototype poldid that arrives on a few days and just ordered a Prometey.

Yes I know. I have a problem.

We've all been there:) Making mistakes is part of the learning curve. I've learned more from my mistakes than anything else, and knowledge is also priceless:)

We can research to our hearts content, and still not be happy with the final product. What works well for most may not be to your liking. I can't tell you how much money I've spent, but I call this my hobby, not my habit. To me, spending money on vaporizers is more of an investment, whereas on smokes...well...that's where the real waste is.

I can tell you what works for me, but also what doesn't. I have an incoming Prothingy, but I will probably continue to vape my cheapo box mod until it breaks. I have a small little place in my heart for it. The good thing is, once you find your setup, you can start saving money. After finally discovering RBAs, I started saving some there. I'm trying to learn DIY juice too, but I'm wasting more money than saving because I am still learning. I'm catching on though, and making your own juice for pennies on the dollar will also help me save in the long run. Good luck to you!

Me: "I'd sure like to get an upgrade.." Wife: "why? What's wrong with yours?" Me: "uh, nothing really... It's just a plain Jane set up, I'd like to get something better... Instead of the pinto of ecigs, I'd like to try the BMW of ecigs!" Wife: "this was supposed to help you quit smoking, and now you just do this more than you smoked... I guess you're just going to do this forever huh?"
-1 me... +1 wife...
Maybe I should've approached that in a different manner....

The only way to save money vaping is to find your ultimate vape and stick to it. Read the reviews here on ECF, but remember that there are times when people rave about something they bought and later decide it's not as good as they first thought. Go with the masses when you buy. There's safety in numbers. If lots of people agree on a mod or a juice, it's probably a good choice for a try.

The mistakes I have made are of a completely different order. Mine have been with regard to not understanding things like quality control or lack thereof. Not realizing that out of 10 'experts' there will be at least 9 different opinions on everything some diametrically opposed to each other. Stuff like that have been my mistakes.
