Jeeeze, I'm feeling a bit odd here. Sunday I mixed 570ml and I expect it to last about 2 weeks until I have to mix again. Only 45ml of it was experiements in the final stages which is about my average weekly consumption. (The rest goes to cousins, siblings, an offspring, and a friend.)

I cannot even imagine sitting down and kicking out less than 90ml...

This thread has created several odd feelings - still trying to figure out how spite became gospel.

yea,,i was trying to avoid having to try and count 1ml worth of drops,,,so hard to be sure if ya don't have degree'd syringe or something comparable..
hoping one of these 1-2 year vets already did the drop measuring,,guess not ??
The problem with that is drop sizes even from the same liquid can change from things like temperature of the liquid, how you hold the bottle, size of the tip on the bottle. Lots of places sell 3ml and 5ml syringes, not hard to get one. Going by your 'small batch' and assuming that your flavoring is 30 drops per ml you would need 10ml of flavoring for 200ml which would be 5%

When I drip juice if I hold the bottle at a low angle the drops are huge compared to when I hold it at a higher angle.

Viscosity :) I figure most of us are living between 65-80 degrees so it should not make a lot of difference as long as you are not measuring in the freezer.
A lot [including me] keep their DIY in the fridge or even freezer
can you explain what exactly you're looking for in this thread? so far a ban is the only thing coming to my mind...

whats the point ?? so much simpler to just not come here,,,

Well, heck. If this thread gets someone else to not mix bulk amounts before they nail the recipe, it'll have been worth it.

ah,,,i already nailed, just in case you haven't been following along ??

Maybe this thread should be closed. It's been 8 days now, and if several years of experience with measuring equipment isn't enough to teach the op about proper mixing, then the humor of this thread is long over with.

oh the irony of that statement

BTW...flavorings should not be kept in the refrigerator, as per the owner of Capella.

first i ever heard anybody say anything about that ?? what do the other vendors say ??
