Sorry.. i have no idea. Maybe Miriam will chime in with regard to future plans?...

Yes Miriam,
Please give us an update on the copper Nanos.
I have people asking me every day when is the copper Nanos going to be available. Some of them have even sold some of their unused vaping gear to raise cash and are just waiting to order a copper Nanos or two. My local group is really getting into copper mods and it seems the one they really want is the copper Nanos.

Now that is a good looking Nanos.
It appears your mod is setup in Hybrid Mod, without the normal Nanos top cap. Am I seeing this correctly? Please give us details on the construction of it and how it performs. Are the contacts silver coated brass with Rhodium like the regular Nanos or are they copper?

I have a brass Nanos and am waiting for MMVapors to offer the copper Nanos so I can order one.

Any info you can provide or pictures of it broken down would be greatly appreciated.

Youre seeing it correctly. i have been using it in hybrid mode. but the top contacts are the regular rhodium over silver over brass. At least thats what it looks like (looks same as my brass Nano). but the switch contact looks to be copper or at least copper plated. As i understand, this mod is copper plated over brass.

as far as performance, its certainly on par with the brass nanos. i dont generally measure v drop or anything like that...so i cant say for certain. But i dont detect any difference...no better or worse, imho.

oh yeah... if you look at MMV's facebook page, you can see some of the other Nanos and Poldiacs they gave away... Gold Plated... Rhodium plated.. and of course the copper I got. Pretty cool stuff! and definitely very cool of MMV to do a give away with them!!

Now i'm just waiting to see what they do with a dripper!

For the folks who are in the US, I realized that the price on the website includes VAT. I emailed MMVapes to ask about it and they said that there is an option of either they charge the VAT, or the US customs charges a customs and tax fee, with the latter likely to be significantly more expensive.

Just wanted to hear what other folk's experiences are, and whether one or the other is a better (cheaper) option

Sorry i don't have an answer for you. I just pay the website price. I would hate for things to get held up in customs, etc... If its any consolation, they use UPS shipping and it gets to the states VERY fast. I generally get mine in 3-4 days after ordering. Its pretty amazing.

It is copper plated Brass that was made as a test case and given away in the Treasure Hunt.

We are examining future possibilities. I will keep you posted.

Thanks for the update and I will be waiting patiently for any new news, well as patiently as I can. You know how bad we want copper.

Received the 22mm sleek nanos this week and it's preeeety nice. Tiny in 350 mode and in 650 it's the same size as my xxix. Switch is feather light and it's going to be home for all of my gennies.

Also when in 650 mode tubes are completely seamless, even the top cap. Great work mmv, I love it!

Is the switch on the new nanos sleek the same as the reg? I'm asking because I'm looking to order the sleek and I see the have a brass top capmspecifically for the sleek, but no specifically sleek bottom switch. I like the look of the the brass ends.

All Nanos are the "Sleek" style, both the original 22.6mm and the new 22mm. Sleek is not the size, but the style. The sleek style means there are no "slots" in the top cap like the Poldiac "Classic" has.
I don't think they have any 22mm parts listed in the spare parts section of their website yet.
I understand they will be releasing all of the different finishes in the 22mm size in the future.
You could contact them on their website and find out when what you want will be available.

I don't understand, if it's .6mm smaller isn't that the size, too? They have sleek top caps (in different finishes) on their site for purchase, but, not switches.

I just went to their site, and I think MMV's naming convention for their new 22mm seamless Nanos Sleek might be causing some confusion. I see what Portertown is saying and see the confusion that you're having... if i had a seamless, I'd be confused... I think MMV needs to clarify what's what on their site a bit better now.

Traditionally speaking, their "classic" top caps belonged to their poldiac classic and had the indentations on them... then they released their Poldiac Sleek which removed the indentations. And I believe those same topcaps are interchangeable with their normal Nanos line (along with all their Poldiac tops caps for that matter).

Now with the new 22mm seamless Nanos Sleeks, the naming convention is a bit confusing... The term "sleek" which most associate with the non-indented poldiacs is also being used in connection with their Nanos... Problem being that the Nanos line never had any indentations on their topcaps to begin with.

So the two types of top caps i see on their site are: 1) Full Top end cap for Nanos (various finishes); and 2) Top end cap for the Poldiac/Nanos Sleek (various finishes).

If I had to venture a guess, neither one of these caps are for the 22mm seamless Nanos.

Option 1 seems to be the full top cap for the 22.6mm Nanos... with contacts and all. Option 2 appears to be the top cap only (no contacts or insulator) for the Poldiac Sleek and Nanos... Since its for the Poldiac, which is 22.6mm, it would NOT be for your 22mm seamless. And really, the only difference between these two options is the inclusion of the contacts... primarily because the Poldiacs don't need the contacts while the Nanos would.

I presume that MMV will have (or at least SHOULD have) a completely different section for their 22mm seamless parts on their website as all of their prior offerings have been 22.6mm.

Bottom line: Don't get confused by thinking "Sleek" parts refers to your 22mm Nanos... as it has traditionally been used to describe the non-indented caps (as Portertown pointed out). The 22mm is sort of a different beast from the traditional MMV stuff and you should probably keep an eye out for the "22mm" designation for your spare parts.

Notwithstanding... the 22.6mm caps and switch will still work on your 22mm... just not be absolutely flush. (i've previously asked MiriamWTH). But to be absolutely sure when ordering, you should probably verify everything with MMV directly. Obviously since they could change the info on their site, etc. at any given moment.

I'm more confused, now. Just kidding, I see what your saying. Thank you for the help, I know it took you some time.
