Recommendations Please!

I loved this mod, but after 4 years needed to retire it due to shortened battery life.

Bought this one next from vape Wild and really enjoyed it, but after 3 months it completely stopped charging and wouldn't turn on. Never got wet and never dropped. Just very poorly made. That was money thrown away.

Got this one next, and it's been great, but the charging port has broken. Vapor DNA was great and they're sending a full refund.

The IStick Pico (25) or Vaporesso Swag 2 might be worth a look. They're small, handy and pack a punch.
Coupled with a Samsung30Q/SonyVTC6/LGHG2 you get 3000mah for up to 45W.
If you need more power the SonyVTC5A or MolicelP26A will provide 2600mah.

Aegis Mini vs Aegis Solo: Reviews



Aegis Mini has a non-removeable internal battery that is charged via USB cord. Lifetime battery life probably 2-3 years; then you'll need to replace the entire mod. Only a 2200 mAh battery.

Aegis Solo uses a replaceable/rechargeable 18650 battery that is charged via Li-ion charger (preferred) or via USB cord. An 18650 will probably have the same 2-3 year lifetime, but you can just get new batteries and continue to use the same mod. Both models are small and nearly unbreakable.

With the Solo, choose the 18650 battery with the appropriate amps to give you the wattage that you vape at:

As others said, you are better off with mods that use replaceable 18650 cells. Internal battery mods ore fine, but when the battery begins to lose the ability to maintain a charge you're forced to buy a complete new mod. Charging ports are there for those times when you are away from home and need to boost the mod's battery enough to get through a day, IMO. Of course, with an internal battery mod you have to plug it up and charge at least once a day. That takes a toll on the charging port and many break in the first year with constant use.

I’m using the Drag2 it’s a bit old but my local shop was doing it cheap. Works perfectly well with two 18650 batteries.
