Good afternoon darlin'..yes in front of the TV now watching UGA vs. Ga. Tech and Clemson vs Carolina.

Oh drats..UGA lost to TECH and Carolina lost to Clemson...bummer! :( :( :(

Sorry your teams lost. :(...Both of mine won (Alabama and Ole Miss)! :)....Poor MsCruzer...too bad you got caught in that traffic...I've been in that mess before so I feel for ya! Hope you ended up making it home safely!

Was a very busy day for me and this is the first I've been able to get back on here...between watching the games, we were also doing our Christmas shopping online...ended up getting almost everything, well except for the stuff for the twins, but since they want clothes we'll go out to the stores for that stuff...I feel very productive now! :D

Good morning all. After 11 hours on the road (what should have taken 8.5) we made it home and I slept like a rock in my own bed. I feel like a new person this morning. I still have my sister and her friend here but my granddaughter went home.

I have to brag on her, at 13 she is still such a sweet kid and easy to take along on a trip like that. We never had one moments issue with her and the words "I'm bored" never came out of her mouth!

T-4 days until the big office move. Anyone have a big bed of cotton I can use to transport the servers? My responsibility of working with the engineers to move the data center scares the bejeebies out of me.

Good moanin' mountain...I hope you cyber sale folks have another great day of shopping tomorrow. Dang I missed out on some really good sales. Oh well, I got all I need vape related..errm..except for more tips. ;)

As your signature suggests one can never have to mich vape gear! Lol
Love the Santa hat!

Oh Kat so sorry. We're you and your dad close? Mine was my best friend! My mom and sis could talk to me for a while after he passed because I reminded them to mich of him.

Hubby and I went to a singalong, action packed rocky horror picture show last night stayed up until three and woke up at 11. So tired, but gotta go Xmas shopping!

Ms c glad you got home safely and you got to sleep in your own bed!

Kilowatt what a beauty you have there!

For the rest of my mountaineers have a wonderful rest of the weekend!

Ms.Cruzer... that would scare me too!

Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the holiday season one way or another. :) We're working away over here on tips... mostly. Son in law and I got the wood floor finished and it's gorgeous! :D I spent pretty much all day yesterday out shopping. Christmas is the only time I do that, so it's kind of fun. Sadly, I didn't make much of a dent in my list. Ten grandkids is feeling a bit insane. :sneaky: Today, I'm going to put up the tree and work on some tips while I watch Scrooge. 1970 Albert Finney version. The best ever! :D

Wow! 10 grandchildren! That would make for a lot of Christmas shopping Kayte. I don't usually have much trouble with the children, it's the grown kids that give me a lot to ponder. I have finished my shopping for one grand and that's all so far.

This year I have to ship stuff to Colorado so I need to get on it. We're flying in but I don't want to pay the ridiculous luggage fees to take presents with us. I'd rather buy online, pay for gift wrap and ship directly to them. If only I had a clue.....

Glad to hear you're working on some tips. :D

Hi DS and Kayte!:) Wow 10 grandkids is a lot. I would go nuts too. Time you buy them something they are onto the next thing?
A movie and TIPS sounds like a GREAT idea!
I think I narrowed it down and can do a joint gift for four of the boys. How about this for their bathroom?:laugh::laugh: What kind of grandma am I???

Oh Kat so sorry. We're you and your dad close? Mine was my best friend! My mom and sis could talk to me for a while after he passed because I reminded them to mich of him.
So sorry for your loss. And how hard for your mom, sister and YOU! Ouch.
My sister and I didn't look a lot alike, but we had a lot of the same mannerisms and facial expressions. It's still a bit of a jolt sometimes when I look in the bathroom mirror and see her face. :sneaky:
One of hubby's favs! Thank you very much that's the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me!

Sounds like a very good plan to ship them ahead! If you ever figure out what to ship. lol

There won't be many tips until the 'Christmas Party'. We're going to try and get as many as we can made for that and we're running out of time. :(

Fleur di Lis toilet paper! Go Saints (who won today BTW). I need some of that.

I look like my mom and see more resemblance in the mirror the older I get. She died in 2008 and I still miss her so much especially every holiday even though we fought like crazy over family holiday things. Seems so incredibly dumb now.

Kayte - do you have a date set for the Christmas party yet?

Good morning, Keepsmiling. Me too.....early that is. Fell asleep early cause hit the B&M's yesterday to get my favorite juices while on sale. Sat. was all day shopping too. Unusual for me to be out let alone braving the frantic, mad crowds of shoppers. Exhausting.....but grandmother the "Super Shopper" would have been proud of me! :p

Tried to keep up with the thread when I had a break and see everyone had a good Thanksgiving and now must rev up for Christmas! CHRISTMAS PARTY!!!! Did I miss that? When did you guys set that up? Checked my calendar for holidays shindigs and it aint there! 8-o

I've been busy.....for me......so out of shape :( ; but, Kayte, can't even imagine shopping for 10 grands plus lay a wood floor PLUS trying to keep us Molehillers in tips.....Love the armored knight toilet paper holder for the boys idea. You must have to start running the moment you get up in the morning.

For those of you who have lost loved ones this year, hugs and hugs to you. Give extra hugs to the kids; and as for looking similar, I get a reflection back every morning of DAD! NO amount of makeup or hair styling will fix it.....either!
