I'm still trying to figure out how you make those wood/clay tips. Maybe when I get mine I'll have a better chance

I'm still a bit perplexed at you choices in juice LeX..TPR is nasty? Ahlusion not enough flavor? Well, you do love the Nicoticket so not all is lost on you dear friend.![]()
GVC is currently OOS but will be back again 2/27 on Grant's site. I bought mine from VapourArt.Good Morning Mountaineers! Kayte those are some fabulous photos of gorgeous children. Worth framing!
Everyone's valentines' photos...also adorable. Hope everyone had a great day!I am loving it so much it rides in my top pocket!I have not heard of GVC..is it available? I did get the heron, and the lux v3...first! But I asked at GP which I should build first after I got the piccoloid and they said build the spheroid first. So that is what I did. I have not budged from it yet. I will get to the heron. If it is anything like this, it will be wonderful.
I am a happy vaper.

Let's see if I can give you an idea of how it's done. This is a cane that I made awhile back. I didn't take pics from beginning to end, but maybe enough for you to put it together.I'm still trying to figure out how you make those wood/clay tips. It was waiting patiently for you to get over there and pick it up! They know who they belong to, right?Oh wow! What lovelies Kayte! I didn't expect it to still be there but it was and I went for the coral reef one [emoji4] I don't normally get tall ones but those clay and wood are just too special!
I have a walnut Woodvil that it would look awesome on [emoji1]

Was reading up on Divisions, Regiments, Battalions and such and wondering just how ANY soldier made it through the first few months of the Korean War. What a mess that was and most of the casualties happened in the first year of that 3 year war.

Which one did you get? I agree, that is amazing Kayte!!That's insane! Wow, I have a much greater appreciation for the work that goes into those tips! Thanks for the inside look at how you create your artwork. I can't wait to get my first wood/clay tip!
Troy often falls asleep in front of the tv. Without touching the remote it will stay on for only four hours. I was the last one to touch it before going to bed, and it was still on when I woke up. Gives you an idea how much I sleep in one stretch..
Simply fabulous. You are SO talented. I find it brilliant and am still constantly amazed that no two Molehill Mountain tips are exactly alike. Thanks for the glimpse into "How It's Made"Let's see if I can give you an idea of how it's done.
Once you have an assortment of those made, you put them together in the pattern you want to make a more complex cane. When I was working on this, it ended up at around three feet long. (Ridiculous to try and work with.) This is just a small piece I cut off to see how it was looking.
I took the three ft. long piece and cut it into six section and put them together, adding a small bronze tube of clay to the center. It was so fat my hand wouldn't quite go around it.
After rolling and compressing it down to a good size, this is what you get:
Then you just take thin slices and use them to make whatever you like.
This is my favorite thing I've done with that cane...
And a wacky little tea pot:
Hope that helps!

Thanks mommabird! Hope you enjoy it!

The clay starts off in blocks of each color. You have to work it with your hands to get it warm and pliable. Then I run it through a 'pasta machine' to make sheets, like the white piece in the back of this photo. To make simple canes, you just stack alternating colors or wrap one color with another color. You can combine colors so that one color fades into another color and then do several different things with that sheet to get different effects.

........Bet you find a rainbow.

What can I say- I'm definitely not the norm.
If I tried to put into words just how bad TPR was for me, I'd get banned not just from here but the planet.
And yes- Ahl juices are extremely weak in flavor. When I said this in their big thread I was met with a lot of *I must not know what I'm talking about* as though my tastebuds haven't a clue what's good & not good for me.
I enjoy NT but haven't placed an order since 7/14 due to the ones I like having pretty much the same base flavor profile & my tongue was getting tired of it.
