Now that's a new one, Katdarling.....Chocolate turkeys? :w00t: Are they anything like Sirius's Rum Cakes that you drink? :D

Sirius, you know I'm partial to blue butterflies. :p Also, the young lady in pink dress, looks a lot like my oldest dau. in the mid 1980's.......big hair and all. :)

I almost married that girl...her name was/is dunno Melinda. Pretty girl for sure but wild as a buck..lol

Welp, they are chocolate, and. Kind of a salty sweet little treat. I found them online..... being made by 10 year old little girls. Figured I could handle it.

I did hear back from the pyra guy today. He claims it just needed an adjustment. I could just spit... without going into it fully, I blame most of this on him. He is the one who told me to send it to him. Now I have to pay a whole bunch, not just to get it there, then, taxes from customs, he charged for the "repair", PP fees, and return ship. It turns that into a little ebony box that should have a gold plate on it instead of brass....

Ouch. NOT fun. I have purchased VERY little from overseas, and for this very reason. I do have a Touchwood (that I never touch) and always had a bit of a worry of what if.... I really would not like to be in that position like you've found yourself now. So sorry, keep-ster.

I SWEAR I do not understand why no one has opened up a business doing mod repairs only. Would that be a money maker, or WHAT!

Sparky ... Heard near your town there was a lot of trouble..Hope it's all over now.

They are smoking a ham and frying a turkey at my brothers house. Same as usual..I'll eat too much deserts.
Hope you have a nice Thanksgiving and don't forget to set your scales back 40 pounds. ;)
Yeah, been staying out of the down town area, it is what it is. Humans acting like humans.. in my humble opinion I really feel tha tthe grand jury was correct in their judgement. I mean the cop was only doing his job, they have such a thank less job as it is...

ok off my soap box!

I'd actually LOVE to see local shops with a specialist for mod repairs. You know, like a drive thru jeweler? You'd sit and watch your mod being done. I think that would be koolio. (and less opportunity for any foul play or the ol' swicheroo)

Kat..the only reason there is not would probably be that there are so many mods out there with different size threaded switches for mech mods and different types of chips in VV mods. Pretty much if you break a mech mod your best bet would be to just buy another one. On the VV ones also unless it is a Provari,...you would just send that back to Provape or one of the cheaper VV mods like Innokin then not worth what it would cost to fix it.

Not everything is like our Molehills..break one and chances are doctor Doug can fix it on the cheap.

Darksparkle, the red tip is the one with the gold glitter in it? :) If it had been taller, would have had to have a shoot out! :D Your picture reminds me of one of my youngest dau. When she was 2 and out playing on a swing set all by her lomesome in her red coat and hat in her first snow storm. Everything was in shades of grey and white except this one little bright red person in the middle of the picture. :p

No horsey pics from today...as I was heading out the door I ended up chatting with a juicemaker friend, and sending them catnip. Still a bit dodgy about going out on the trails even if Zig is wearing his whole "Please don't shoot my horse, mister!" deer hunting season kit.

Ok, how about a flashback to several years ago pic of the first day of deer hunting that year?

One of our dear friends made that orange trail bell set for us. It lets hunters hear us coming (in theory). The only time a hunter has fired off a shotgun near us, the guy was wearing hearing protection. Just 20 feet away, 2 shots, after a pheasant (which eluded him!). Ziglar just swung his big head that way, snorted, and jogged on.

Merry - I think Orange is his color! Even the bridle is orange. Love it!

DarkSparkle - what are vapor art mech mods? You've got me curious.

Snow in the forecast for the next two days up here. Seriously, the driveway here is so steep we'll be stuck but that's OK. We're prepared for it.

Any more tips coming up over the holiday? I'm going to have some time to browse and shop. LOL

Sirius, sleep well tonight. I promise not to post any more vintage photos today. Emphasis on the vintage. :D
