I would love one wood/acrylic with green ...something like what you have Sirius, but straight. That segmented on pg 2 with the acrylic was really nice.
Can I get some Mountaineer love for Heartly today? I had to drop him at the vets. He is getting bloodwork and stuff done.
We weren't sure what was wrong. But he is acting funny/not right.
Last Saturday he turned 8 yo. He is my best pal.

Awww KS, he's so precious!! I hope he's okay...sending good vibes and healing energies for your precious pup!!

Yep, KS, a little bed rest and chicken soup.......:p Okay, hugs and pets for handsome Heartly then. My youngest dau. gives her older dogs who have joint problems glucosamine. Check it out with your vet first though. My doc says it's fine to take for my joints; and boy can I tell if I don't! :(

Do you think Heartly would like to chew on one of us "bone" afides? :p

LOL, Chooch. I'm not bonafide yet. QRXT - that's exactly what I thought of when the word bonafide came up here. My husband loves that movie.

KS - glad Heartly is OK. I had one do that recently and we took her in saying she just wasn't acting herself and they thought she may have hurt her back also. A few days on Rimadyl and she was good as new. She was better by the next day. Hope Heartly is better just as quick.

Yep..Doug should have my Amboyna Burl / Indian Rosewood done by January 3rd..That's the day after Kaytes 2 year Vapaveaversary. Or is it her 3rd? hummm
Wow. How did you remember that?! Jan.2nd... 3rd vapiversary! I doubt I can get another provari so I'll settle for a new drip tip.

I don't think there's anymore of the random segmented with green.

Aww! Hope Heartly is back to his old self quickly! Very glad to read that the blood work came back good. What a relief!

Hi Linda!! Glad you came out of lurking. Make yourself at home. :)

I'm taking care of things today that I've neglected for the last few weeks. I can't let my grandkids come over until I get more gifts wrapped. Might oughta run the vacuum as well.
Doug is out in the shop spinning things in circles.

Have to tell you about Evie. She's the one that just turned five. Well.. she also works for MhM. Her job is to collect packing type stuff... she assigned herself to this task. ;) (Her mom - my daughter - is a photographer and the photographs come wrapped in great packing.) Every box that comes in, Evie grabs the packing and stashes it for her grandpa. She scolds anyone that mistakenly throws packing away - up one side and down the other. The fed-ex guy showed up with a package yesterday and she ran to meet him at the door, demanding that he tell her if there was any good packing in the box. She takes her job very seriously!
Anyway, she has called every day for the last week, neeeeding grandpa to come pick up all the packing she had for him. So, after going to the grocery store last night, we swung by there to get it. All 8 or 9 little pieces of it. She is so funny! Made it sound like she had a huge stash. She obviously just needed to see her grandpa. So, they spent an hour or so playing My Little Ponies. It amazes me, the things this little girl can get this man to do. ;)
I thought you should know that all your lovely, white foamy packing has been hand selected by Evie.

Okay. I should quit stalling and go drag out the vacuum. Can you feel my excitement? :tumble:

Hugs and prayers for Heartly KS! Hope he is feeling better soon. Hate it when our pets aren't themselves and can't tell us what us wrong. I used to be a vet tech and you have to be part detective to find out what is going on. Even if it's nothing, it is good that they are doing bloodwork on him :)

Thank you Angel. I worry so much about him. They said his bloodwork is ok! Dr. thinks maybe he pulled his back running the other day, and he is paying for it today. He could stand to lose a few lbs...;) They are going to give us an anti-inflammatory.

Well that's great news Smiley! ;)

I always liked the saying that grandkids are our reward for not killing our young. (My kids were actually great and I loved raising them... even in the teen years. ;) )
Ohhhh! Surely no one was offended :?:

I sure wasn't ... I was just playing ;)
Doug and I are both out of the MhM club. Neither of us has a segmented tip.:laugh::laugh: Sirius is siriusly silly. Say that three times fast. :D

Back from the vets' and after a $300 + bath he is looking much better! Thanks for everyone's thoughts & prayers. I am sure it helped and he will be just fine in a day or so. They did give us a chew that has the meds in it. He is so smart. Hungry or not.."I am not eatin' that stuff!"
Kayte the story of your granddaughter is so special. Thanks for sharing all the little stories here and there.
They make me smile BIG!:):)
