Heading up to dad's for another cleaning day, then picking up GD for an over night ... gonna be a tired Mimi :/

Wish I was sharing the day with Fairbanks GD who's 9th birthday it is today as well. ......Do you think Doug would notice if I just took a small block of corner out and refill it with the large strawberry? .......I mean, It could look like it was made that way .....sorta. Ha!

Yeah, long distance relationships aren't good. Really didn't get to know my grandparents until we moved to same town after dad's retirement from the navy. I was 13 and the whole extended family was service. Got first cousins haven't even met. They're in their 50's. We truly typify the "restless Americans".

I've told him (and shown him) the Happy Birthday's from all of you. 
Chooch - the corner trick won't work... he already ate all the corners. That's where the most frosting is. He did say there would be a piece left after he's finished. A piece.

We didn't make it to the play last night. Yesterday was just to 'dark' of a day to go watch a play.
Today is a brighter day to celebrate this guy I've been with all these years, so we'll go to the play this afternoon instead. Who wants to meet us there? There will be cookies and coffee served after... which takes care of his birthday dessert... as if he needs more after eating all of the cake that dale provided. 
I'm going to list a few tips today, but it probably won't be at 6:00. I don't know how long the play is, so we just have to see how it goes.

Don't know why, but the Beach Boys "Little Deuce Coupe" came to mind when I sat the 57 Chevy on top of the white Subtank with red glass that matches the red on the tip. Such a clean, fun look on top of the white ProVari with the silver Tatroe beauty and extension rings. The red is outlined in black and there's one very small black dot at the lip on one side. The whole design just POPS. Next am going to try it on top of the silver Subtank with red glass on top of the shiny red CoolFire 4. I am so glad 57 Chevy waited for me and didn't speed away! Ha!
