The ONLY way I could see vaping as causing period "issues" is that smoking can sometimes mask thyroid problems, and thyroid can affect your menstrual cycle. That doesn't seem to be the case here, since you weren't a smoker.
Pain in lungs: Could be a ton of things, including vaping related. It's hard for me to say, because for me, "pain in lungs" equals the 18 months I spent with constant, smoking related pneumonia that wouldn't go away. So for me, "pain in lungs" means "severe" and the pain in my lungs eased up a LOT with vaping, but I was a 3 pp/d smoker. I did get some lung pain initially because I was PG sensitive. You could be possibly, but I genuinely have no clue. My PG sensitivity manifested as a kind of "pins and needles sensation."
Others are VG sensitive and can't use much of IT (often, asthmatics or those with COPD). That seems to cause a more "heavy feeling" in the lungs.
None of this is of much use to you. Stop vaping go see a doctor.
Reevaluate if you even want to resume vaping, after you see your doctor.
If vaping gave me killer lung pain and made my period worse and I was a non smoker, I'd probably avoid it, period, so maybe no need for the directions?
At least go see your doctor. And, you are not the first non-smoking vaper to experience lung pain, there's another person on here posting about it. Your doc will probably tell you to stop vaping, as there seems (to me) to be little UPSIDE for you, and some significant cons.
Best of luck,
Anna
