I just loaded up my Stardust with a new liquid about two hours ago, and I've gotten a mouthful of liquid twice. After the first time, I rechecked the seal on everything and tightened the drip tip and that seemed to fix it, but I just took a puff and it happened again. Any advice? I'm thinking it might be that this liquid is a bit thinner (70PG/30VG as opposed to the 50/50 I was using), but 70/30 seems to be a fairly standard mix. Anything else I should check? I'd really like to avoid that happening again, because gross

ETA this thread should be called "Mouthful of liquid". My bad.

Take the drip tip off the tank and run a q-tip around the inside of the drip tip ot get rid of the condensation. If you really tightened all threads as tight as you possibly could get them the o-rings may be compressed. Back off the threading just a smidge to lighten the load on the o-rings

Thanks! I'm gonna try that right now.

How far did you fill it? Usually, you don't want the liquid to go past where the wicks enter the coil. It could also be condensation build up in the drip it.

You should have lines on the stardust clearomizer. You don't need to fill it to the brim. Even a .4 ml is enough in the tank. Just out a little in, swirl it around so the wick gets wet and puff away.

All very nice tips to know, plan on purchasing one here in the near future, thanks!

I just switched off stardust clearos because I kept getting mouthfuls of juice. It was thick and it burned my lips, so I know it was juice and not condensation. It would happen anytime my tank was below 1ml (1.6ml tank).
It happened in multiple stardust tanks, so I know it wasn't just 1 tank with a defect. I have read on here that other people have had the same issues with stardust clearos when the juice gets low. I just switched to Iclears and have had no problems.
