If you see the Twist as big then honestly there isn't much out there for you "upgrade" wise.

EDIT; The above post is a second option I forgot about those.

I have to totally agree with DDark, if you think a twist is to much or to big, theres not much of an upgrade to be had (thats what MOST people upgrade FROM). I would say you seem to want to keep the smallest form factor (808 automatic "cigalike"), so my suggestion is just find some good juice and cartridges or pre filled cartridges that you love and have the GREATEST vaping experience.......for YOU.

Good day.

An upgrade without increase of size... You wont have anything the size of a cigarette that vapes all that well, thats a fact. Your best bet is the 320-400mAh eGo style battery with a matching EVOD. Thats really as small as it can get while still maintaining performance.

The smallest thing i have seen is and IGO-S on mini eGo. But i dont suppose OP is a dripper...

Tyvm for the pic it sure helps to get an idea of size and what it looks like your setup looks great them for all the info this move the way i go. You have been a grey help :)

You're welcome. Other than getting the 3.7 volt eRoll or the Mini eGo I don't believe the eCab would really be an upgrade. Realize the Mini eGo is manual and has a button. There's also the SD KeyRing, 3.7 volts, 350 mah that's automatic. I own and use it for concerts/ stealth vaping.
The Very Best of Luck and my last bit of advice is take your time in choosing your next PV.

Halo is just coming out with the Triton, an even more robust (certainly heftier than the Bullet) model, the Triton, with a 650mah eGo type battery and a sizeable 2.4ml tank (coils are replaceable). This might be large for what you are asking about however.

That Triton looks just about the same as my setup in size and function. That's about as small a size as I can go and still get a big vape like a bigger setup would, and not have to carry around a huge ecig or a bag of batteries to get through a day. It looks like a very good choice for a great balance of size vs function..

Good day.

I have a 1000mah ego twist as well, it's not that it is big, but it is looong.. By the time I put a clearo with a drip tip on it the whole setup is about 8 inches long, which makes it impractical to carry in a pocket and abit hard to conveniently carry at all IMO. Great for around the house though. I just end up breaking them if I am working and such as I have no place to put em when I'm working on stuff outside for example.

Something unbreakable and under 6" rides in my pocket real easily. The ego-T is a good balance for battery life vs size, the mini nova is a good balance for toughness and capacity of juice (with the aluminum tank) and for keeping it under 6" long. Someone who doesn't vape as much as me might even be better off with the mini ego 350mah bat and get the whole rig down to about 4" long. I require more battery life than that though.

I also had some issues with the plastic clearos with the clear plastic tank breaking down from some juices, it seems to be brand specific, the clearos from one B&M store near me broke down from juice badly, the clearos from the other B&M near me did not, and were significantly better made, though to an untrained eye they look identical. For me the aluminum is the answer as it won't break down and won't break from dropping it on concrete either. For others who aren't going to be so rough physically on equipment a decent clear plastic clearo would be just fine.

In fact if someone really preferred a clear tank I would not recommend the Mini Nova as I really do not like plastic threads on the clear mini nova tanks, they are inherently weak, and will eventually wear out even with the utmost care. Of course they can also be replaced at just about $3 a tank, so it's not that big of a deal.

Many of the clearos have metal on metal threads for the tank, which is always more strong and durable.

I always seem to break these things (ego type) in my pocket or the button goes bad, but I'm a heavy vapor. Also had issues with vivi nova's one day it was great the next I would have to work on it. Went to mechanical mods and RBA they are bigger for the most part, but over time have spent less money. Just like go from a analog to e-cig you do get used to the difference. They feel natural to hold know. Have 6 Zen's and 2 pure smoker mods

I recommend the litecigusa 450 mAh mini since you can charge it with a 420 mAh charger. My 350 mAh mini needs the 200 mAh charger. It's no cigalike setup, but looks and works really well.

Lasts longer than you might think. ;)

Altoids tin woth 1/8th inch foam rubber for padding:

I like that setup, have never tried a bottom feed clearo like that Kanger yet, I may have to get one of those. Your a good inch shorter than my setup it seems. How tough is the tank and tank threads on those and ease of changing wick/coil??

Very good threading and toughness with the batt and EVOD. I dropped the black setup from about three feet onto tile (fortunately it landed pretty fla,t long-wise), and no damage. It was one of those juggle, juggle, I've got it -> no I don't sort of slips.

Batt is $13, EVOD can be found for $7-8, so about $20 or so total.

I carry the Altoids tin with two EVODs and the 350 mAh mini as backup to the hand carry black 450-EVOD shown.

It's my work setup.....

Just a note, I do like all the pics with something in them beside the ecig that is a known size, I used a dollar bill, the altoids case was great, it always helps folks who haven't seen these things to have something of well known size for them to get a relative idea of size.. A quarter, a coke can, a regular cigarette pack etc. anything that is common that pretty much everyone knows the size of.

Tycm Junkman :) now is there a bigger tank i could buy ?

No. The system works only as is, because the full unit fits in the PCC for charging. A larger tank wouldn't fit.

However, unlike the naysayers above who haven't tried it, it is a very good system and it was designed to be used like a real cigarette, i.e. you vape for 5 or 10 minutes and put it away. It stays fully charged all day long. People think the battery is too small, but they are wrong because they haven't used it. I thought the same thing but kept seeing raves about it and broke down and tried it. Glad I did.

Again, the only issue is the tank, but as I said, there are easy to carry holders - and some people fill them direct from juice bottles. So basically you carry the pcc and either a small bottle or pill case. Sort of like a pack of smokes and a lighter.

Here is a picture of the type of case I am talking about (2 for $1.79 at walgreens.)

You get good vapor, and it is a slick setup.

They are proprietary so unfortunately no. Possible they may soon come out with a larger tank or an adapter. I believe the reason for the small tank is because they thought it would be enuff juice for the battery life BUT vapers are now taking a few puffs and placing it back in the PCC for recharging.

I am pretty sure they designed it to be used that way. It isn't that vapers are using it in unexpected ways. I think it was just a design choice to make it the smallest cig-a-like. Honestly, if it were me though, I would make the battery a bit smaller and the tank a bit larger. Carrying a pill case with extra filled tanks is pretty much a non-issue though. Swapping them out takes a few seconds.
