Good morning to you and hope you have a great week.
I didn't answer your question from last night. If I understand it correctly you would like to know more about Our RY4. Our RY4 is mixed in house by Cameron and it has had good reviews so far. I didn't quite understand the 4.5 and dank reference.
Here is a review by Bill Herbst it's kind of long but he explains it well and he is the RY4 guru. hope this helps.
Review: RY4 from MrVape
The 5ml bottle of RY4 I purchased from MrVape.com for this review contains a golden-colored eliquid that was custom made-to-order using a fairly thick 50/50 PG/VG blend at 24mg nic strength. Testing was done by loading the juice into an XXL BogeSR 2.9 ohm carto driven by a LavaTube Version 1.5 VV set to 5.3 volts for a power output of 9.7 watts. The new V1.5 LavaTubes use a pulsed regulator that doesn’t allow measuring loaded voltage, but with the 3.2 amp upper limit, I assume that the loaded voltage was close to the unloaded setting on the display. The
vaping experience with this setup certainly felt like 9+ watts, so I presume that the drop-off between unloaded and loaded voltage was minimal.
Becoming an online retail juice vendor must be a lucrative enterprise these days. Either that, or people are scrambling to become vendors because no other decent jobs exist in this country anymore. Or maybe both. Whatever the reason, new vendors are springing up like mushrooms in the forest after a spring rain. MrVape is another entry in what is rapidly becoming a crowded marketplace, partially because of the “Mom and Pop” nature of businesses in this young industry (big, corporate players haven't come in squashed all the little guys---yet). With a 25% off coupon (still in effect as of today with the code “stockup”) and cheap $1.95 shipping (which was fast, by the way), I grabbed a sampler pack of five 5ml bottles of juice for less than nine bucks. I certainly can’t complain about getting a new RY4 to review and four other 5ml juices for only $1.74 each.
As with all custom made-to-order juices, I intended to give MrVape RY4 some steeping time, but impatience got me in a half-nelson, so I cried “uncle” and loaded up a carto. What the heck, the worst that could happen was that juice would taste lousy, right?
I publicly acknowledge that I violated MrVape’s express instructions by vaping this juice only two days after its arrival. The on-site description states: “We do recommend letting this flavor steep for 3-5 days after receiving it. After it steeps for this time period the vanilla and caramel come together very nicely and pack a powerful punch of flavor.”
All right, so sue me.
My ignoring the advisory was emboldened by the other sentence in the on-site description: “This flavor has the perfect blend of vanilla and caramel with a perfect back note of tobacco.” Ad copy such as that always strikes me as over-the-top. Not only is the juice “perfect,” but it’s perfect twice in the same sentence! Well, perfect or not, I have to grudgingly admit that this RY4 is pretty darn good, even without much steeping.
As with most made-to-order American juices, I expected a custom RY4 profile, and that’s partially true, but not overwhelmingly so. Rather than shredding the envelope and rocketing off into wild flights of flavor fantasy, this RY4 aims to improve upon a tried-and-true approach. It dances back and forth across the boundary that separates classic and custom RY4s.
That integration of opposites is a hallmark of this juice in numerous ways. The holy trinity of tobacco, caramel, and vanilla (no nuts in this one) are nicely balanced, yet distinct as individual elements. Perhaps that will change with the requisite steeping as the flavorings meld together, but I’m far from unhappy with the results now. The simplicity of this recipe is very pleasing to me. RY4s can be bold or subtle, but too many flavors turns RY4s into Mud. Simpler is better, in my opinion, since less is more for RY4 (ooh, I'm a poet and didn't even know it, LOL).
Although I taste both the caramel and vanilla, MrVape RY4 is definitely not a sweet dessert vape. If anything, I’d put it in the stronger tobacco category. The tobacco isn’t toasted, but it’s definitely smokey, with a very slight ashiness. If you follow my RY4 reviews, you may already know that I like that. Not everyone does, but I do.
I’ve vaped a bunch of good RY4s recently, and this RY4 will be invited to join to that club. At these prices, I’d recommend MrVape RY4 to most everyone. Grade: B+, and if steeping does produce the “powerful punch” of blended flavor that MrVape asserts, that grade may go up. (For the record, I just vaped this juice dripped into an LR306 atty at 4.0 volts, and it was even better.)
Since the RY4 is so good, I quickly sampled the other four flavors I picked for my MrVape sampler pack---Special Blend Tobacco, Roast Coffee, Vanilla Coffee, and Juicy Fruit. All five juices made my taste buds happy. Looks like we may have another retail vendor with low prices and high-quality juices. (What a concept! Low prices and high quality. Go figure.) So, by all means, give MrVape’s juices a try and see what you think.
