EVERYONE ! ! ! :D
thank You and you will be missed tomorrow.
Ooohhh...great... That texas sunrise explosion looks BOMB!!! See what I did there? Lol.
Yes I like the play on words.. It looks awesome in person. I went for the wildest material I could find. There's more from where that came from.
Very nice, Tommy! I'm a little burnt out on the Ming vase shape, I'm really happy to see your other shapes. :)
I have a few Ming Vase tips including yours, and they tend to tilt sideways a bit in some applications compared to tips with wide, flat bottoms.
That sounded weird. :?:
They all look great, of course. :thumb:

See you tomorrow! I wouldn't miss it unless I was literally on fire.
I know what you mean about tilting sideways. It is extremely hard to turn that sem on the bottom perfect every time. That's where a lot of wobble comes from. Since I have upgraded to the stainless steel stem a lot of that wobble is eliminated and every tip from me will now fit the same in your devices. I tried to keep the tolerances as tight as I could and still fit a wide range of 510 connections. Remember if your stem breaks I can upfit the stainless stem on it and it will help with the wobble.

I recognize one of those tips :D Great work bro, those are very nice! That first wood one is awesome :hubba:
Thank you much and can you guess who urged me into the ZEN? I have a few more shapes and sizes. I am working on the prices also. That Blue and white acrylic called Storm is only 5/8" and I plan on the price reflecting that. Shorter tip lower price. there are a few materials that will be a bit higher because they are a PIA. But I would like everyone to be able to afford one..

Drip tip wobbles and/or not fitting into an the atty is not the fault of any drip tip maker. Unfortunately, the tolerances of openings provided for drip tips leave too much room error. Even if you used 2 o-rings on the stems, you would run the risk of tips getting stuck in place or breaking off in tighter openings. Just keep doing what you're doing, we'll just have to purchase a variety of tips to fit various atty's.

So far with the new stems work well with everything I have put them on. The Zen is about the tightest fit with cartomizers and atomizers on the other end. They have the most wobble. I always install a standard o ring and and send a few different sizes so you can customize your fit but like you said even if I did 2 o rings the possibility of wobble is there.

What is the size if the base on the storm?

Sent from my SGH-T989 using Xparent BlueTapatalk 2

Hey Mare, the dimensions on the storm are 5/8 at the base 5/8 above the stem ( tall) and 3/8 at the top of the tip. Haven't figured pricing yet but I'm thinking in the $25.00 range. For acrylic

Forgot to mention not only does it fit the ZEN it will also fit your IGO-L. I am currently working on getting a compatibility chart put together. It will be a work in progress but I think it will help along with dimensions of each tip.
