Funny thing about throat hit, although I needed early on I don't need it anymore. Plus trying to make my nic stash last longer so went low mg nic LOL
I guess if you drop a little over the years one can get use to it, me however, I would flat out quit vaping if I couldn't get any TH and nic. I honestly wouldnt see a point to breathing in something that felt like air and had no kick. It's all or nothing for me

I MTL during the day and DL in the evening. I currently use Aspire Tigon and OBS Cube with a Zlide Tank, vaping East Coast Liquid Earl Grey and MT Baker Orange Dream Bar. The wife is strictly MTL and uses Innokin Adept and Aspire AVP, vaping MT Baker Spearmint and Blue Raz Thunderbomb by Rocket Punch.

Its a cool vape!

4mg (this week), 6-9w, wide open air flow.

I drilled out every point of airflow in the berserker.

I remember the a7 and also the Phoenix, were they the same? Perhaps ones a clone of the other?

Actually they work quite differently. The Phoenix was side air, and the A7 is bottom air.
They just looked the same is all. I suppose because the same folks made both.

So I also do 24mg, but only tried real sub ohm once. I say real sub ohm because my everyday mtl set up is a fairly tight rta at .6ish ohms and 20ish watts. So I have a dual coil dripper and I once put in a low ohm coil, like .2 ohms and vaped that at 60 or 70 watts dtl and I vaped my normal 24mg juice. I probably could of dropped to 18, but no way could I drop to 3 and 6 like most do because there would be no TH. So being you vape 24mg mtl, what mg do you vape when sub ohm and what type of sub ohm set up do you use? Just curious to see if I'm just a freak
When I do use my sub-ohm it is a plexus mesh tank with a .14 ohm coil @ 60 watts or I use my Kanger sub tank mini RBA with a .7 ohm twisted 28 guage @ 17-20 watts. For some reason I can't get it to wick fast enough to run at higher watts. I started using 6 mg for my sub-ohm but had recently switched to 3 mg as it was too strong of a throat hit for me to constantly vape on. As time is going by, I am finding it more enjoyable with a weaker throat hit when using my sub-ohm set up. Even though I like the smoothness of my flavored juices, I really enjoy the kick from the 24 mg Unflavored. That is why I vape on that 95% of the time. ;)

I guess I'm old fashion because I do mouth to lung. I made this thread to see how many MTL vapers there are around here so if you are a MTL vaper make a post and say hello. Include a description of your hardware and the juices you are currently vaping if you like.
Nothing old-fashioned about MTL whatsoever. I still have a Coolfire Mini with a Zlide tank on it and enjoy it with cheesecake or tobacco flavors even though I've switched to 90% DL with an iSub-B and NRG tank on Kroma-A and Ikku P80 mods during the day.
