Seriously, here's the thing, if my MVP breaks, I just buy another one and I'm still in the black. Also, I'm not worried about it being manufactured in China. I don't worry about my phone, computer or iPad either. They were all manufactured in China. Now lets factor in how quickly technology in vaping is advancing. I don't want to invest in a Provari when there's a good chance something progressively better will be available when my $50 disposable can no longer hold a charge.
A Provari isn't for everyone. It tends to serve a particular type of owner who is looking for dependability, reliability, and durability. They can either live with or without variable wattage. They may prefer the overall quality of build and attention to detail. The lifetime customer service of the manufacturer. The fact that it is 98% made and assembled in the USA.

There are plenty of other mods currently on the market that have more bells & whistles than a Provari, and there will be more to come. This doesn't affect how an owner feels about their Provari. They already have their ideal mod. They often come from a background where they are tired of shelling out more money every few months for a new mod to replace the one that just broke or stopped working.

You may be looking for "more" than a Provari has to offer, and that's fine. No one is telling you how to spend your hard-earned money. Just know that owning a Provari means more than having just a consistant and accurate vape.

this forum is a bad influence......i started vaping two weeks ago on a kgo, 2 days later i bought a vv v3(love it). gotta go to local b&m to get juice, and probably a protank 2,and after reading on here may just walk out with a mvp v2 also. i like all the features it has, battery life is biggest factor and having an android phone,i can leave home with just a charger and have no worries about the mvp going dead. anyway i may be back later as a new owner......

considering I've been waiting 44 days for a mod from that retailer,,,,,,,,,,ummmmmmmm no thanks.

I waited 20 days but I also ordered at the end of the date range that had problems. I haven't read that thread lately but it was looking to me that recent orders were coming through unless they went SG. I also hear they fixed the "accidental" V1 issue.

As far as the battery goes. I have 2 of the mvp 1's, that I have had and used every day for almost a year.Still going like new. They are my main vapes. I recently got two vv v3's. they are very nice small pv's. I think innokin makes pretty good stuff. I have two mvp2's and two vtr's on the way. With all of those charged I'll be good for close to two weeks. My main reasons for liking the mvp's is the fact it does not roll off wherever you put it and I can carry it in my shirt pocket. I allso have used it to charge up my phone .I never thought I'd need that feature, but it does come in handy.

i dont understand the whole line of "it doesnt have variable wattage" discussion

if its variable volt its also variable watt

That is technically true VV does = VW. However in VW mode any tank will be at the same wattage regardless of the ohm of the head. The MVP reads the ohm and adjusts the voltage to keep the correct wattage setting.

For example say you are using a mini protank with a 1.8 ohm head and you enjoy your vape at 7.5 watts. You change to a protank 2 with a 2.5 head, the MVP will note the change in ohms and adjust so it still vapes at 7.5 Watts.

my MVP just suddenly dropped in battery life- from 700+ puffs to about 400 before yellow. I've only had it since April. something must be wrong with it- I've loved this thing since it arrived! the best first AVP for me.

I want to get the new one, but not ready to give up on this one yet. there must be a way to fix it!
